Brilliant pharmacy staff always helpful and polite and always help me with ordering my tablets the main shop staff are really nice from what I no off as I dong usually use the main shop only the pharmacy itself

Awful. There are no more Checkouts manned by staff only the self service checkout. Will not go there again.

I would like to thank Tina who assisted me in your Bognor store today. She was patient knowledgeable and very cheerful even though she was surrounded by several customers all asking for help at the self check out tills. She had a great sense of humour and really made my day.

Hate shopping here.. staff aren?t friendly and the security guard follows us around every time we shop in here making it difficult for me to look for what I want to buy because it makes me feel uncomfortable as I have anxiety anyway. I understand it?s Bognor and people do steal but I?ve never stolen anything in my life and never acted suspiciously get cameras! Do not follow me around the store because I?m young it?s so disrespectful. I won?t shop in here now id rather go to Superdrug instead where I?m not judged continuously.

Self service tills only, I don't work for boots so I walked out leaving my house at the counter. It's time people started waking up. These are putting people out of a job.

Went to the pharmacy to collect my tablets they are always very friendly helpful and if there are any problems they always go that extra mile to assist.All the staff in Boots are very friendly and helpful its a lovely store big and open and good selections of all products.

Great store if you like being followed around constantly and harassed by the overzealous security guard, honestly the guy should be fired, if it weren't for your paying customers that you treat like criminals this store wouldn't be open and you wouldn't have a job so treat your customers better

This brand is a good brand sure, and from when I?ve talked to the staff there, they were lovely, but the security guy is so rude to me and my friend! Everytime we enter the store, he immediately starts following us and harassing us no matter what we do. We went to test some of the lipsticks because we wanted to purchase one, and he immediately comes over and says we can?t test the lipsticks and we are like ?it says it?s a tester? and then proceeds to stare at us and snatch it from us before saying okay, and then standing back and just staring at us the whole time. After some testing, we just left because we felt so uncomfortable and went to a different store for makeup. We are always extremely uncomfortable when we go. We get his job is to protect against thefts and things like that, but just because we are teenagers doesn?t mean we are thieves and need to be harassed every time. It first started (an issue with him) was when I took my sister and her friend there, and we were looking around and didn?t see anything that interested us or was in our price range so we go to leave. He then proceeds to check every single bag we had combined (like 5 bags), rummaging through them for something, and we were all shocked and they were scared. I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour, other people were in the shop and yet he decides to follow and search us?! Everyone around us was staring, some confused some just ignoring it. Not to mention, he was staring at us the whole time too, so I don?t get how he thought we had stole something since he didn?t see anything, he just basically went off the fact we were kids. My sister?s friend was so frightened, and after we left the shop he was still shaken and started crying because he thought he was in trouble for just roaming a shop. Now I have witnessed robbery in the shop/many shops throughout my life time, from a few adults, some practically in front of him, yet he never decides to follow them because they are being suspicious, he follows us. Let me repeat this for you brand, Not ? All ? Teenagers ? Are ? thieves/criminals ?

Fantastic, No 7 offer 3 for 2 ,+ had £10 vouchers off when spending £20 (vouchers finished today). Purchased all that I needed for a FANTASTIC PRICE & staff very helpful.
