Shopped in B&M enjoyed 9 Nov. Very busy. Took ages to get a parking space, took ages to go through the shop and again took ages to go through the till. FREE PARKING 120 MINUTES. Been issued with a parking fine for being 14 min over £90 or pay before 14 days £50. Not happy and may not go again...

Car parking when I visited was difficult as their delivery lorry virtually blocked the entrance. Inside I was pleased to an Isle clearly marked bedding and duvet, as I wanted a,duvet. I was less pleased to discover no duvets, but eventually found them on a differently labelled isle. Also, the one I wanted as per their Web site was not available nor was my 2nd choice, so I ended paying more than I wanted.The general poor signage made it difficult to find what I wanted, which all contributed to a bad shopping experience.

If you have never been the sat nav sent me alongside the building on a main road. when you see Mcdonalds follow that and it's just next to it.Well stocked with a variety of goods. We did find some of the prices that were in front of the stock had a different price at the till. Possibly stock in the wrong location?

Love b&m but it's not really a discount shop anymore, some items are more expensive than if I got them elsewhere
