This was the 3rd visit with my husband, but we were disappointed that the hotel no longer offers gluten free cereal as standard. Fortunately my husband bought some with him, but we also purchased some more so that he could have a choice during our stay. The water in the bathroom was either, cold, warm or hot, but mostly cold, even after running the tap for at least 5 minutes. We did report this, but not sure if anything was done about it. The room was very nice, and a balcony added a nice touch. Other than that a pleasant experience.
Rooms: A variety of rooms, some downstairs and you can take your dog with you if you wish as there are dog friendly rooms. As far as I'm aware all rooms come with bath and/or shower with towels and toiletries provided, and tea and coffee making facilities, plus a tv with certain channels available.
Food and drinks: There is the option of having evening meals at the hotel, but they can be expensive, and there isn't a huge selection of choices, maybe because it was September.
Noteworthy details: Ideal location right on the sea front with outside seating available for guests.

We had a wonderful cream tea to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. Everything was perfect with superb cakes and sandwiches and endless tea all served with a smile. Thank you for helping make this family occasion so lovely.

The beach hut suites are amazing. Roomy, modern, and superb views. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The main hotel was a bit dated. We will stay in the beach huts again.
Rooms: Airy beach hut. Superb deck area and the fridge was stocked with complimentary wine and soft drinks

Blakes Bistro on the shoreline is a lovely spot for a drink or a light lunch.

We had a lovely break at the Beachcroft Hotel we wish we could have stayed longer. Staff are amazing especially Katy on reception, all of the restaurant staff. The food was lovely, plenty of choice, beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which has everything you need and more. Room was spotless - thank you Emma. We loved the theme of the hotel, old homely feel mixed with nautical tones. Took a dip in the indoor pool which was clean and warm. The surrounding area is perfect always something to do. It's 10 minute walk into the village with pubs and shops or 25 minutes into bognor regis Town centre. We would definitely come back thankyou for a great stay x

This is second time I've stayed here. First time was just after last lockdown finished therefore experience was different to recent visit with my grandson. We had 1 night here as a treat. Classic twin room with bath/shower. Usual tea/coffee/hot chocolate ingredients in the room. Towels & full size toiletries in bathroom to use. TV. Free wifi. Room was clean & functional. We were at the back of the hotel so view was of the road behind, but this was ok as we were out all day literally using the room to sleep & shower in. Room was on second floor & stairs are quite steep & narrow, no lift. Parking is out front of hotel & overflow carpark at the rear & a door that goes straight through into hotel so you don't have to walk round. We used the pool table twice, had soft drinks from the bar up to 11pm having linked up my credit card to the room (my son popped into visit us after his shift, I did ask reception if this was ok as he was non a resident). We did not eat at the hotel as my grandson has ADHD & is super fussy with foods, but I do know we could've had a continental breakfast in the restaurant if we wanted, so I can't comment on food here on this stay. We used the on site pool. You have to check with reception when there may be a free half hour slot, book it & a few minutes before your time head to reception to get the pool door key & swim towels. I didn't know this but I do now, there's changing rooms inside the pool area & your half hour is just for you, so it's very private which was great for my grandson. The staff on reception were lovely & incredibly helpful. Reception is not open all night but there is a sign with a contact number on if needed. Check in is from 3pm & check out is up to 11am. Felpham beach is literally a stones throw from the hotel on foot. We went for a stroll & ice cream at the Lobster Pot cafe next door to the hotel (which has seating both inside & out & some evenings is open till 7pm, check Google for better info). There's seating outside the hotel & a "pod" to sit in if the weather's iffy, but we did not utilise. Apparently you can take well behaved dogs with you on your stay, but I think it's only certain rooms & it's best to call & discuss this. We are returning in November for 2 nights & also mum & I are visiting at the end of November to do a Xmas wreath making session which includes afternoon tea (booked & paid for via phone call). Lovely stay all round.
