We have had a fantastic time at the hotel, our room had a beautiful view of the sea, even though the weather wasn't the best. All the staff were friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Especially Chantelle who was a ray of sunshine. It was lovely to be able to use the pool, especially as you could book a time slot and have it all to yourselves.Would highly recommend the Beachcroft Hotel for a relaxing break.

Now stayed half a dozen times over last 6 mths with my wife and motorbike / I'll have to become a shareholder... We had rm44, a balcony room. It was the first time we had managed to secure a balcony room. They are popular. Lovely view.2 night New Year deal on DBB on 30th and a 5 course meal, singer, disco/dance, fireworks on beach (for which weather was perfect) champagne and dancing until 1am.I think the function was for around 90. Mixed ages from a family with children under 10 to pensioners. Many dressed formally, a few dressed casually. It didnt matter. It was a relaxed mix. Guests had prebooked their courses when booking the dates. On the table was a reminder of our orders. All courses arrived in good time and warm (or cold if suitable?). Food was a good standard. Staff were really efficient and had their fingers on the pulse of the room. They were excellent. Singer performed through the meal. She was good. After a couple of hours, the dancing began with a dj and the singer upping the tempo. The music was the sort of thing you'd get at a wedding...something for all.Breakfast on both days excellent. ALL staff (day shifts and night shifts) as usual were extremely pleasant. Cleaners, kitchen, reception, restaurant, bar. (Can my wife and wish Izzy a waitresses we have met many times now.. the best of luck with her recent application!) All made for a fantastic 2 day stay which went beyond mine and my wife's expectations ?

Rooms are clean but layout of plug sockets is medium.Staff are friendly. The location would be nice in the summer. But it's a distance from the train station.Food was okay, the fish and chips where fine, but the entire menu is expensive.Walkability: Good beach location nearby for walking the coast

Staff on arrival, lovely, that's where the experience ended. The room was freezing, and I couldn't take my coat off for about an hour. Maybe the cheap office blind didn't help issues. Shower water was luke warm. And dreaded getting in it. Very out dated rooms, and telly didn't work properly, for the cost of £137 a night,( would of been more but husband served in the Navy, and has a blue light card) we have stayed in much nicer , warmer hotels. Even though on the beach front, no views , just a dingy car park, that we got blocked in by the managers car, then rude awakening from catering staff at 6.40am, shouting and arguing. They just actually didn't care who might be sleeping. Overall, it was a horrendous stay, thank goodness it was only one night, to see our friends for dinner, in another restaurant. Else where. Won't be returning anytime soon. Room 1 has to be one of the worst rooms to be given. However, The lobster pot , next door is a lovely breakfast. I recommend that highly ?

We booked this hotel as it was close to our friends we were visiting. Couldn't fault the girls at check in they were lovely. We went up to our room and it was freezing and very tired. The heating is on but not enough for the room to sit with our coats on. The TV signal is bad and constantly stops and starts which is a pain. The noise from downstairs with people shouting is annoying, and then at 7am the kitchen staff start shouting again. I know it's not a positive review but £137 room only I expect a bit more.

We stayed in the Sand Hut Suite, and it was surprisingly dirty. Bear in mind that the place is dogs friendly, so everything will be covered in dog's hair. It makes you think that you might be sleeping on the pillow that animals used to sit on.Our bedding were all stained and had hair on it. It didn't feel great to us and more upsetting that our little kids had to sleep in the dirty beds. We paid £500 per night for that. They provided a mobile phone to contact the reception, but it needed to be topped up and I had to walk to the reception everytime. On arrival, the floor was so dirty that I had to ask a manager if someone could send a cleaner to clean it. A lady came when we were leaving for dinner, and when I popped back to grab something from the room, just a few minutes later, she was already gone.I had to speak to management almost every day about the cleaning, as cleaners were only visiting the room, but would not take dirty cups or rubbish away. Managers apologize every time and say it should not be like that, but nothing has changed. They offered us a free dinner that we didn't accept. All I wanted was someone to address this hygiene issue at the place that charges glamorous prices for inadequate service.

Two night stay.We booked here specifically for the location, and it's dog friendly. The hotel is situated near enough on the beach.Although they do have beach huts even closer, these weren't available as they are very popular. We stayed in one of their ground floor rooms in the main hotel, which had its own little patio, which was ideal for our doggies ?The weather was glorious during our stay.It was great to be able to take the few steps to the beach each day and night. There's a nice stroll to Bognor along the promenade. The bar staff were friendly and managed to make us a lovely Irish coffee in the evening.Breakfast is served 7.00 - 10.00 in the restaurant. There's a choice of continental or cooked breakfast. We chose the full English which is made to order.Local Sussex Bacon, local Sussex Sausage, Black Pudding, Hash Brown,Fried Bread, Baked Beans, tomato choice of egg.The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay and the dogs loved it.We shall have to return and maybe be lucky enough to stay in their lovely beach hut suites.

This is such a lovely little hotel and the sea views from our room were wonderful on our 3 night stay. Staff could not do enough for you. Room was spotlessly clean but our shower room a little small. Breakfasts were excellent and service to match. We will definitely be booking again.
