Do not buy gas here, because they regularly change suppliers, and then you lose your deposit and are stuck with having to find another supplier, they have done this to me twice.

Ordered a gas bottle online, unfortunately it was out of stock even though the website said they had stock, the store immediately rang me after placing my order to apologise and promised a refund, they said they had a larger size in stock. I went to pick the larger one up, the chap who looked after me and organised my refund was terrific, great customer service.

Very helpful boy cut the wood for me. Old man at till had bigoted opinions about lgbtq charities which he felt compelled to share with me. 2/5 somewhat contrasting experience. Sad emoticon face.

The store was ok -clean and tidy and I found what I needed - however the checkout was rubbish.
The woman was not interested in serving me, she expected me to find the barcodes on everything, actually I couldn?t remember the last time I really wanted to leave what I was buying but i stuck it out - but B&Q so sad

I had such a brilliant experience with Josh and Harry at the Valspar counter in B&Q. I originally popped in to browse paint and ended up at the Valspar stand because of the huge range of options available. Despite turning up with nothing more than an AI-rendered image, Josh and Harry went above and beyond to help me colour match. It wasn?t a simple task, but they were full of ideas, incredibly patient, and genuinely determined to help me find the perfect shade. On top of their expertise, they were also so kind and courteous, especially to my mum, which meant a lot. Their customer service was exceptional, and I?ll definitely be returning to them next time I need paint. A real credit to B&Q!

Very convenient. Great plant selection. Easy website ordering and collection. Delivery costs can be a bit steep. Keep vouchers if you have any from previous spend and don't forget them if you go to the store again. Its easier to use them for online ordering. Friendly and approachable staff. Great choice of products.

I bouught a power drill from this store on 28th April. First of all, there were more than enough staff on duty to answer queries and to help. All staff were very on the ball and helpful - many thanks for an enjoyable shopping experience.Stephen

The store itself is a pretty standard B&Q. All the usual stuff. All the staff were above average and helpful. Especially Russ, who went above and beyond in assisting us. Also have to mention Ned, who also was extremely good.

Spent some time looking for some bits I needed. Jake on the shop floor was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to much trouble for him, answering all my questions throughly and explaining it to me in layman?s terms.

Fantastic customer service from Andrew (kitchen department?) and Rachel from the TradePoint area at B&Q Bognor. It?s always a pleasure to see them?polite, thoughtful, and kind. They go above and beyond to help, and their friendliness makes a real difference. A true credit to the store!
