Young girls more interested in talking about other colleagues than serving me with any interest or saying thankyou etc. But then why would they ..I'm just another face to them and they couldn't care less.

Went to collect a Christmas present this morning probably like most of Sussex and was with my 3 year old who the present was for?.this is the first store that I?ve been into over the whole festive period where the gentleman serving me went out of his way to not only refer to the order as ?two items? instead of what the present was, but he also sneaked the present to the kiosk and helped me quickly conceal it in my handbag so my son wouldn?t see.
Something so simple but so helpful in the busy, stressful lead up to Christmas when you?ve got children in tow.

never heard so much non sense from a store manager (Daniel)and his team. I bought an universal charger so universal that it doesn?t work for my perfectly standard Lenovo. I go to the store to return it and the comment from the manager. Is? The charger works it is compatible with most Lenovo but not your model therefore you changed your mind about it?s suitability ? . Not only is it shameful customer service but also insulting and tantamount to blatant theft. I never known Argos to be misrepresenting their products. This manager attitude, poor customer service can?t be representative of Argos company values.

I?m a paying customer but they treat me like I?ve done something wrong. I spent ££££. They cancelled my orders then came out to say the product reserved is not there anymore and there?s nothing else they can do. I should have taken their names. Silly little boys cancelling my orders. Several times they do this. I know they?ve done this as they just given half of my order and then cancel all my other ones cus I?ve purchase more than 1 item. Ridiculous. How can anyone do any shopping for a large family like this?! It?s so frustrating. I really hate their service. Such a disgrace

Walked into Argos inside sainsburys Bognor Regis stood on their shop floor waiting for someone to serve me for Atleast 10 minutes, there was not a colleague in site. The manager Mollz (her name tag) came out and completely blanked me and just stood opposite me on her phone !!! I asked if she was free and she just looked up and stared at me. I decided to leave after another 5 minutes as I was getting no where with the service. Will not be going in there ever again. Never made to feel so unwelcome in my life.

Amazing customer service from Mollz the Manager. She is an absolute credit to the company and not enough Managers get praise for their work. She helped me massively and can't thank her enough. I hope Argos show her some appreciation for her hard work and service skills.

Ordered on line and said three days to get to store for collection. Only took two. Perfect. Don't understand tho why people give bad reviews for this Argos when they buy online and have it delivered then something goes wrong. Not there fault is it??
