never heard so much non sense from a store manager (Daniel)and his team. I bought an universal charger so universal that it doesn?t work for my perfectly standard Lenovo. I go to the store to return it and the comment from the manager. Is? The charger works it is compatible with most Lenovo but not your model therefore you changed your mind about it?s suitability ? . Not only is it shameful customer service but also insulting and tantamount to blatant theft. I never known Argos to be misrepresenting their products. This manager attitude, poor customer service can?t be representative of Argos company values.

I?m a paying customer but they treat me like I?ve done something wrong. I spent ££££. They cancelled my orders then came out to say the product reserved is not there anymore and there?s nothing else they can do. I should have taken their names. Silly little boys cancelling my orders. Several times they do this. I know they?ve done this as they just given half of my order and then cancel all my other ones cus I?ve purchase more than 1 item. Ridiculous. How can anyone do any shopping for a large family like this?! It?s so frustrating. I really hate their service. Such a disgrace

Walked into Argos inside sainsburys Bognor Regis stood on their shop floor waiting for someone to serve me for Atleast 10 minutes, there was not a colleague in site. The manager Mollz (her name tag) came out and completely blanked me and just stood opposite me on her phone !!! I asked if she was free and she just looked up and stared at me. I decided to leave after another 5 minutes as I was getting no where with the service. Will not be going in there ever again. Never made to feel so unwelcome in my life.

Amazing customer service from Mollz the Manager. She is an absolute credit to the company and not enough Managers get praise for their work. She helped me massively and can't thank her enough. I hope Argos show her some appreciation for her hard work and service skills.

Ordered on line and said three days to get to store for collection. Only took two. Perfect. Don't understand tho why people give bad reviews for this Argos when they buy online and have it delivered then something goes wrong. Not there fault is it??

My mother got a washing machine from argos, hadn't had it a month when it started leaking. Bloke came out said he fixed it, but still pissing out with water. My mum who is vulnerable has been trying to phone argos for 4 days at different times, to be put on hold and then be hung up on. Absolutely disgusted

Up until today staff at Argos very good.Arrived to click and collect Ebay work items today and turned away at Door by Sainsbury's security. Said i have to join main store queue even tho Argos empty.Explained that being Disabled (amputee ) have a problem with Standing/Walking but not helpful staff.I am doubly advantaged as i am a Key worker delivering chilled and frozen foods in containers from the docks all week.I loose my goods and Argos loose customers.Greg
