This is the second time I've used Apple clean. This time to clean large corner sofa.
As before, the service was excellent.
They offered a very clear explanation of service and costs, and the work was carried out in a very professional manner.

Simon is a star, he's very reasonable and has gone above and beyond with my end of tenancy pet cleaning, cannot recommend enough!
The cleaning technician was prompt and still completed the works after some difficulty with parking restrictions.

Very quick to respond to my enquiry with a detailed conversation to assess my requirements.
Cleaned two armchairs and two rugs with excellent results. Tom, who carried out the cleaning was professional and friendly, and treated our home with respect.

Avoid! Do not trust this company. We had arranged an appointment for a technician to attend, so we moved our furniture and everything else that needed to be out the way outside into our garden. They did not show! We gave them half an hour as requested,this came and went, tried calling two different numbers for office,one went to voicemail and the other to an out if hours service,who informed me that thd office closed at 3pm!! And they would get someone to call me on Monday, obviously I was not happy with this and asked for a call back, which never happened.
For a company which states to have been in business for many years they obviously haven't learned any customer service skills. A cowboy outfit,all talk and no action.
Fortunately we have now found a professional company to do the job.

Amazing service from Apple Cleaning from booking through to completion! James was fantastic, such a friendly, professional and lovely young man. Staircase, landing and 4 bedroom carpets cleaned, with 1 bedroom and the staircase being very stained, all areas have come up like new. One very happy customer, thank you xx
