An excellent experience with this business. They took a difficult new front door key. Warned us they weren't straightforward to copy. A couple of attempts to replicate with no joy. With good grace and no quibble the fee was refunded. Highly recommended.

They disappeared with a brand new, very expensive pair of heels I took for them to fix. It's been 2 years, and absolutely no contact from them. When we first called them, they said they were trying to find the material to modify them - that was May 2021! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - STAY AWAY! Or else they'll lose your shoes too, but won't admit to doing so. £150 thrown in the bin.

I picked up a nose band for a bridle that I had left with them for over a week to have a new keeper fitted. When I?ve picked it up I was shocked to see the keeper is a completely different colour to the bridle, like he?s just used a scrap piece he had lying around. Would he repair shoes with a different colour. I paid good money for this and will have to take it to be redone somewhere else.It would have been better to just say you can?t match the colour. The bridle is a dark brown and he?s used tan coloured leather. It looks ridiculous!
