We stumbled across The Wag Club with my 10 week old puppy. His nails were very sharp and long but with 3 more weeks to go until we can walk on pavements we were wondering if we had any options to trim them.I popped in to get a bit of advice whilst walking past and the three ladies working were all lovely. The dog being groomed at the time looked very calm loo and well looked after.I wasn?t expecting to get any help straight away at all but one lady offered to trim my puppy?s nails by coming out front. She used hand sanitizer first and really put me and my puppy at ease.The lady (I forgot to ask for a name- sorry!) quickly and efficiently trimmed my puppy?s nails and also very kindly offered to trim his fur around his eyes so he could see better.We can now see more of his gorgeous little face and holding him when he?s squirming no longer leaves us in shreds ?.I can honestly say I wouldn?t hesitate to bring my dog to The Wag Club.Thank you!

The ladies look after my cockapoo so well. He has separation anxiety and can be a quite a pickle. He gets matted very easily and usually brings half the forest home in his tail. The girls do such a lovely job he always looks and smells amazing and most importantly looks happy when he comes out.

Two senior citizens dropped off for some much needed ?post lockdown, new house move, my mum hasn?t done the best job recently? pamper sessions and returned like fragrant new puppies! They smell wonderful, they both seem much happier having had a good ear clean and mani pedi. The ladies here are so wonderful, thank you for taking care of my babies! We?ll be back for sure.

They looked at my dogs claws trimmed one and advised me on others .Extremely helpful and professional and then wouldn't take any money as all other claws ok .Impressive service I will certainly visit again and recommend to others?
