I recently engaged the services of Tim?s company (SME Advisor) for some HR advice due to some issues with a member of staff that I felt needed some professional assistance. From the very start, the service was extremely reassuring, and Angela was appointed to deal with me on a one to one basis.
The service since has been superb, from advice and arranging / attending the necessary meetings to ongoing support which now involves reviewing and updating our employee handbook and contracts etc.
1st class service and cannot speak highly enough of Tim and his company! Thank you!!
