Very nice I restaurant but I wouldn't have any hot food as the restaurant is always cold!!!! It would get cold in no time as our coffees did !! Even with extra hot water!!! I definitely recommend people to wear extra clothing, we had to sit in our coats !! Probably won't be returning ? hear !!

Good food, but pricey.

I always enjoy a visit to the restaurant here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Whether it's a meal or just a latte, the atmosphere is always nice. There is plenty of parking, with many disability spaces. I would highly recommend a visit.

Had the chance to have lunch with my daughter ?. Not too busy when we arrived. Service was great and the food very tasty ?. Also had a look for trellis and for Winnie the Pooh and Tiggerr statues which we'd like to put in our garden.

I came here with my family for sunday lunch, as a coeliac I'm very careful with what i eat while out but the service counters in their restaurant were very good. The staf member Paul was very prompt with the alergen folder and went through the options, while Amy who prepared my meal was very careful and professional. The food was filling and good value for money. 5/5 would come back again.

As usual totally over priced meals that definitely doesn?t reflect the quality. Very poor quality they get you by the look of the food wen you get it very disappointing and bland average food that seems like cash and carry food. Stake ale pie with chips and veg £16.95 !!! Witch is outrageous price any way you would expect it to be full of flavour and not bland and tasteless ! Had this as I avoided the pizza from last vist that left me with a bad stomach seral hours later witch is not a rare thing after dining here unfortunately. Really try to give them a chance after we had to get a Full refund for a terrible over priced carvery we had that was so bad even if wasn?t over double the price of a major Carvery chain it still bad quality. The high prices are justified if it is restraint quality but when it?s makes witherspoons seem high quality it says somthing. It?s a pitty as it?s the local place which my mum loves to get her bits and bobs for the garden from ?

I think people leaving 5 stars are just used to being served tasteless food. The food wasn?t even cooked properly; the green beans were fully crunchy, potatoes were dry and the portions are too small for the price. The beef was dry/overcooked. The cakes very bland and tasteless for again the price. One chef was acting snub towards customers as if he didn?t want to be there. Won?t come here again that?s for sure

Plenty of room to sit with outside seating available if the weather is good enough. It's one of these where you get what you pay for things with the food here, it is expensive but I have never had a horrible meal here.staff have always been friendly.

I was sold when I saw on the menu "Tuscany Chicken" with my favourite "Rosemary Potatoes". The restaurant is counter service, so you queue and the food is served fom a hot counter onto your plate. Two people ahead of me and three pieces of chicken were available, so I was happy. Both chose the chicken but the second got the last of the rosemary potatoes, the "chef" offered me roast potatoes from the carvery as an alternative but it's not the same and I knew it would just taste of disappointment.I decided to have the Sunday Roast and chose the beef.I have to admit that it was a fine cut of beef, succulent and full of flavour; I soon forgot about the Tuscany Chicken. The staff I interacted with were friendly and polite, most of all they were helpful.I wouldn't decline the offer of another visit the next time I visit friends in East Preston.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat open plan, no stairs and wide entrance.

Good place if you are independent. I did take a group of partially sighted who needed to be seated before getting food and drinks, but discovered they only have menus on the boards (not even one paper menu). This meant I had to queue several times to get the orders I needed for the group. However, food and drink is always good quality and I like that there is plenty of space between the tables.

Food was mediocre. Prices around the same as the local pubs. Still popular

It's big. It's popular. It's quite expensive. Huge car park. Coffee shop are is dominated by Costa. Shortbread overly floury. Hot meals are served from bain maries mostly. Good outside sitting areas. Plenty of disabled parking. Loos could have been cleaner at 4 pm.
