There are some staff with pride in their job and who offer great service with a smile. Unfortunately, more often than not, one is greeted with rubbish on dirty paving and a grubby entrance carpet with grubby furniture ( crumbs &dirt collected along back of seats), unwiped tables and dust and crumbs on floor! The toilets are a constant issue...and I understand people coming off the street doesn't help...but one toilet of 2 is often out of order. I suggest get the code (which ironically is still reflected on receipts?) back working and ask those who 'drop in' to kindly drop some change into the donation box or ask for a pound! Train all staff to finish artisan coffees- that is after all Costas 'speciality'...artisan coffee? I do though praise Makaila for consistent, well presented coffee and good service.

Definitely one of my go to coffee shops. Always very accommodating with smiles on the teams faces and today my son spilt his orange juice on the floor and one of the lovely staff members insisted she clean it for us when I asked for a cloth and she brought him a new juice to replace it! This place never fails to impress. Thanks you

This Costa upstairs in the Next shop outside of Rustington centre is always fantastic. I go here a lot, it?s bright and spacious, always spotless and the staff are always friendly and efficient, often remembering regular customer?s usual orders. It?s a very happy environment and a pleasure to visit. I cannot fault it. (I think the couple of negative comments refer to the Costa in Rustington town centre which is a completely different experience) I recommend you visit this one in Next!

The staff are very friendly here and I always pop in when I'm visiting Littlehampton from London. But the toilets....oh my....dark and dirty.

Went in for a coffee whilst killing time on a rainy day. First time in there. Coffee was nice though did think it was expensive. The reason for my review is the state of the toilets! I have seen public toilets in a better condition! It was early when I went in there and it seems like they are rarely cleaned if at all... it absolutely stank! The actual place is quite a nice setting so I was totally shocked to see how disgusting their toilets were!

I went into Costa Coffee today and was served by a young lady called Molly. Molly was a superstar today as she was all on her own due to staff shortages but managed to stay calm and collected even though she had a queue that was nearly out the door. She smiled at every customer and was very polite too. I think Molly deserves a bonus for today due to the fact that she did at least three peoples work. I will definitely go back next time I am passing through the area.

We came in for banana and pecan cake as well as americano coffee and a Wiltshire cheese toasty. Very nice, very satisfied and will come again

Went to costa little Hampton was super busy and could see that all the workers were still managing to pay attention to each and every customer and exceeding expectations as usual I was served by Rushaun who was very friendly and accommodating and really good looking not going to lie, will be back for the great service and the eye candy.

Any chance of getting a door closer fitted on the front door, I assume a lot of customers when they go home don?t bother to close their own front door behind them too.
