My 4-year-old daughter was mesmerized by the dresses in the shop window, so we decided to step inside... The saleswoman didn?t even return my greeting and kept staring at me and my daughter as if we were a problem. My little girl even asked me what was wrong with the lady? How sad. Basic manners should be learned?or rather, should have been learned decades ago....

Today I walked in the store with my daughter she wanted to see the dresses as she was really impressed how beautiful they are( like princess dresses as she said) but the lady inside the store made us feel really uncomfortable and give us the look that we are not welcome in the store ..Made me understand this is not a store for white people!

Have been going to Zaras for the last 5 years and this is the only place that I shop at now. Amazing clothing and jewellery and very helpful and friendly staff who offer advice and recommendations without any pressure to buy. Bought two gorgeous outfits yesterday to add to my collection.

Went in with my wife who needed a jewellery set for her nieces wedding. The owner and his assistant were very helpful with helping my wife select a set and their prices were far cheaper than other shops on Dudley Road who were extortionate. Have been many times before and will definitely go again!

I have just been to Zara's today. Needed a outfit for a jago party I tried a outfit absolutely beautiful. The fitting the colour just amazing. The lady and gentleman who served me were both really helpful and no pressure from them at all. Even managed to get matching jewellery I'm really happy thank you

I got married last year and got my Reception outfit from Zara's. I already had a lot of confidence in Zara's as my sister had previously got her wedding outfits from here, and I'd also had a lehenga from here (which I wore to my sister's wedding). As usual, they were brilliant - they take the time to listen to you and help you find what you're after, and they have a fantastic range of outfits at reasonable prices. I would thoroughly recommend Zara's for any type of occasion wear - thank you very much for all your help!

An absolutely wonderful shop for women?s Indian wear. Unlike most Indian fashion shops, Zara?s caters for women of all sizes with ready made garments. No need to wait a month for made to order or cheeky comments from owners about not having ?your size?. Really lovely customer service and the owner is a fab guy who has a chat even when it?s busy. Ive been using Zara?s for about 9/10 years now, I believe they used to have the shop on the corner before they moved to where they are now. I always purchase my outfits from here without any hesitation, the staff are friendly & nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Quality outfits, highly recommended.
