Just went round this evening 22/06/24 7.40 pm supposed be open until at least 8pm but shut find rhe staff in there very ignorant young and no social skills

The long blonde haired woman sits behind the counter on her pink iPhone.. I approached with my winning slip said hello and ignorance was her reply. I turned to my side rather than "keep my eye on her" but when I did look in her direction she was still on her phone literally pointing it towards my face! What actually happened was her colleague to the side took my ticket and when he'd counted my winnings he waived the money at me to collect. Not a single word was uttered from either of the staff.THIS WOMAN NEEDS SACKING!Old in appearance with glasses i think for reference.
