My elderly mother (82 years of age) came into store today with an issue on her handset hoping for some friendly help and advice, the man she dealt with was rude and wouldn't listen to her, saying that her phone was registered in a different name. This is incorrect. Mom had purchased her handset herself. I as her next of kin and someone with power of attorney for my mother am named on the account. The male threw back the phone at my mother and said to bring me into store. If only the male had took more time with her he would have been able to contact me from his records. Mom left the store feeling like a thief and without the help and support she believed she would get from the store. Would not recommend this store.

Went in looking to replace a broken phone. Walked out with exactly what I needed a few minutes later. Thank you very much Jack.

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed by Merlin , Merlin was very helpful and helped me so sort out a sim for my mum, great and quick service

They cannot help you upgrade your phone as they cannot do any discounts that you are in titled too so you have to call them on the phone to get any where.

Went in for to buy handset in cash, expected a quick in and out visit, turned into over half an hour in store waiting g around d for systems to load etc. Not a bad experience but I was the only customer in store so would expect it to be a bit faster seeing as I wasn't setting up a contract or anything, just buying a handset.

If you need help, the Vodafone people offer it. If you don't know the language, let you call a friend who knows the language and help you!
