I was greeted and treated fantastic by Jodie, she was so knowledgeable and gave me so much advice, I went in not completely convinced where to book but after spending time with Jodie I booked what I believe will be a dream holiday for myself and travel companion, I am a frequent flyer and usually shop around but in all honesty the service I received today I will be choosing to come back to tui Wolverhampton in the future.. We have had the most amazing service from Hannah - not only did she find us the perfect holiday, it was no hassle at all for her when we needed to make amendments! Can?t recommend Hannah enough!

TUI Wolverhampton has just given us 5 star service. After a being told our pre booked and pre paid plane seats were moved much further back without apology, refund or explanation we went straight to TUI shop in Wton..Fully expecting some corporate gobbledegook we were delighted to find a real service.. The Deputy Manager there, Teagan, welcomed us warmly and set about sorting the problem which seemed to be computer related. We had better seats reissued and proper compensation. All done with a smile matched by a real can do approach. 10 out of 10 customer service. Teagans professionalism means TUI still has our custom after decades of holidays with the company. But ooh TUI - you nearly lost us... The Post Office Horizon system has brought the PO to its knees. Heads up......

Clare at this Tui branch was superb. Nothing was too much trouble even when she was simultaneously making my family?s booking and our friends booking which was remotely done on loud phone speaker, this was done because they live in the north of England. She made everything crystal clear and the twin booking was not rushed. I left the store on a high as our holiday to Mexico with our friends is now in the bag. Do not hesitate to use Tui Wolverhampton. And once again, thank you Clare.

I went in on a Monday evening after work was served by a lady called Claire. what a great service very helpfull quick and she shopped around and saved me £600 on my holiday to the kingdom of legends turkey .I took her numbercand pasted it on to my son to book an appointment with her to sort out a holiday for himself and his girlfriend

Clare was fab! So friendly and helpful. Popped in to book a last minute cruise and came away with lots of helpful information about not just the ship but all the destinations! Clare was able to advise on best room location and talk through all the small details to make the holiday even better!

Met Harriet in store today she was both professional and friendly. We went in to book a cruise and she managed to find a holiday to suit us. Explaining everything thoroughly to ensure we will get the best from our trip.Will visit again definitely.

We were trying to book an annual business trip for 10 executives, but Tui seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Promises to call back were not followed through. Still waiting for the email they promised. (Don't bother now guys, you've lost this business now and every year going forward). Minimal effort to find us accommodation and flights was made during the multiple times we called them. They just kept saying, "computer says no" and did not ever offer any alternative solutions. We had to push and make all the suggestions, to which they said, we will look into that and call you back, but never did.If you don't want annual large group bookings, you could have just said so. Instead we wasted our time chasing you for a week.Ultimately, we found a competitor, who bent over backwards to help. So every year now we will go straight to them.

Had to change holiday details, first dealt with by Teagan who listened to our problem sorted a new holiday and said one of the advisors would sort all the paperwork, Ruby was fantastic polite and courteous and well knowledgeable and got everything sorted and also makes a bostin cup of tea lol.. Seriously a big thank you to everyone at TUI Wolverhampton for the assistance given...

Thank you to Jodie for being amazing.I called up after winning a voucher for tui and was having trouble redeeming the voucher online, whoever I spoke to was so lovely and helpful and told me I should pop in after work. I went down and there was two people ahead of me waiting, they all got seen to quickly and I was next and put with Jodie. Never has someone made me feel so comfortable as quick as she did. I told her I knew exactly where, when and what I wanted and exactly how much it would be, I was so wrong because she saved me another £100 and sorted my insurance out (which I had paid a ridiculous amount before). Went through everything with me and even gave me some great tips along the way.And a shoutout to Clare and Brad as they both seemed like very friendly people and the two lovely ladies at reception, terribly sorry I didn?t get your names!
