Out of the 3 staff members behind the counter one was actively serving a customer sharing information on his high savings. The other 2 were looking at something on on pc screen after what felt like a long wait ( i managed to read all the posters and marketing information). I was then asked if I could be helped. I asked for a statement and then was questioned about my reasons it felt quite intrusive. The customer that came in was directed straight to the counter for assistance.Thank you for making me feel beyond awkward and unwelcome in your branch today. You've actually made the automated system seem more customer oriented.

Breathtakingly rude, unprofessional, nasty middle aged female cashier who I spoke to in the bank this morning . Zero social and customer service skills. Absolutely shocking attitude and so arrogant. Enjoys belittling people it would seem.. Comes across as a big bully. How she managed to ?bag? herself a job dealing with the general public is beyond belief. Complete shambles. A total embarrassment to TSB.You would get more of a friendly welcome being held at gunpoint at your local Co-op.The other members of staff (a younger lady and gentlemen were perfectly fine).TSB seriously need to look into how customers are being treated by this ignorant, unprofessional woman. I was extremely upset by how she spoke to me. I will never step foot in this bank again,.

Called into Wolverhampton branch today to open a new account for a fixed term bond. I had taken all the necessary documentation as stated online. Two male members of staff there...a meeter and greeter and a chap sitting at a table...no customers in the bank. I was told I needed an appointment and could not be seen. Nothing on website to indicate you needed to book an appointment!!!. Really pushing online banking which I don't want to do. A very disgruntled 73 year old pensioner who had paid for a taxi to get there. I passed by the bank an hour later and still no customers in there. Very poor customer services and insufficient information on website, TSB. I am not sure I want to be a customer if this is the level of service you provide.

After switching my business account to TSB Wolverhampton all staff have been extremely helpful and friendly, they have gone above and beyond in my eyes which is a rarity these days.

Ranjit Egan. Customer service nightmare. She's in the wrong job. Doesn't care about customers. Talks down to you as though she thinks she's better than you. Nasty piece of work.
