Went in to inquire about a broken car key to find out if they offer repairs to the circuit board.Member of staff took my key, completely dismantled it including the springs on the key mechanism for some reason. Then proceeded to say a new £50 case would fix my issue. Couldn?t say how a new case would fix a broken circuit board and then said he?d change the battery for £10. I said no thank you considering we?re in an Asda where batteries are sold in a multipack for less. He then throws my key and random bits of the casing to me and says put it back together yourself. Really appreciate him dismantling my key for me and offering no advice on fixing the actual problem.If you need to go to Timpsons, don?t go on a Sunday.

Came 4 times to get my key cut. They were very patient as the key was a tricky one.

The service was absolutely excellent. The young man that changed the battery on my key fob was really knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this place.

Went all the way home to find out the key was not cut correctly. Then had to travel back to the store. Was not done professionally. They very much rushed the job.
