You can visit timpson in most of the supermarkets like Tesco , Asda, Sainsbury's etc and the local market as well,You can visit to repair shoes, wrist watch, for duplicate keys , and other repairs works as well.Please note :- They deal with duplicate car keys as well , instant they will provide you the solution.Thanks

Was walking past Timpsons on Dudley Street today, with my elderly mother. She had first visited here with my dad, in the late 1960's to have house keys cut & shoes repaired. Today, she went in & walked out after buying a walking stick! Has been our first choice for key cutting, watch batteries & engraving as service has always been great.

Took a gucci watch with the seal missing asked if the older gentleman could replace it I was told it would cost £40ish but he was very very rude quite happy on his mobile don't think he wanted to work that day got the seal replaced elsewhere for a fifth of the price

Had a battery replaced cost £25, the watch is waterproof down to 50 meters, after the replacement it got water in and stopped operating £350 down the drain.

I went into your store today to have my watch strap replaced. I think it was around 2 in the afternoon. The reason why I am writing this review is to thank the young gentleman who took care of everything, not only because of how he handled everything for me, but because I was truly impressed by his excellent customer service. I had to wait a bit so I had the chance to see him in action with other customers, and he has proved himself very knowledgeable in all areas, polite and respectul. You guys are really lucky to have him, and if this is the result of your company culture, an even greater kudos to you!

Terrible company would not recommend took watch in for glass replacement told price of £95, 2 weeks later was told it will cost £250,had watch back £20 inside bilston market
