Darren is a superstar. He helped me sort out a new phone and a small reduction in cost as well as setting the phone up and answering every stupid question i had. I hope management are aware of how much he is an asset to their business

Just been in to get some essential things sorted for an aging and disabled relative. I had a bad experience of the website and worse with the contact centre. I decided to give the store a go to fix things or I would have been cancelling several contracts. The store manager Gal and his guy Tarun were brilliant. They listened properly to the challenges I had had, apologised on behalf of Three and restored my faith in a company that I have otherwise had a good relationship with. I can?t recommend them both highly enough. Thank you gentlemen, I am delighted to have everything resolved, to have saved money on other contracts and pleased that my relative will be in a much better position because I came in to see you.
