I am customer with three more then 5 years but the sale man on three Wolverhampton Netish is extremely rude and unprofessional the way he talk like he is going to fight very aggressive!!! Absolutely no manners!! Because of him I well stop my 2 bussnes contract with three !! if this branch have a store manager please teach him how to speak with customers!

Gal was incredibly helpful when I was dealing with a major system data issue on my iPhone. The problem was taking up so much space that I couldn?t download new apps or updates. Rude and disrespectful behaviour of store workers. I just called them to know the process for buying a phone and because of his rude attitude I cut call then he called me again he was showing me his attitude such a disgusting person. They don?t know how to treat a customer. Nonsense

Ive not been into a mobile store where all the sales staff are smiling and genuinely willing to help, even with a less than simple sim card enquiry on a hot day for a long while.
No sense of interrupting a conversation or wasting the sales persons time. OMG Nope not even close.
3 Wolverhampton you were by far a breath of fresh air. A totally awesome team of people, I'd be comfortable to pop in and buy from any day if service is as good as we saw. The Store Manager Gal took time to resolve our problem, researched options & helped us.
Seriously helpful advice, no fobbing off, great information, support & service.
