Please check your receipts guys!!!The prices on the till and what they bill is different!! I did buy something that was priced less and they overcharged me!! After mentioning about it the lady on the till asked me to go by myself and look for a store assistant and sort this out!! I dis that and came back to the billing counter and the assistant did mention I was overcharged!! Rather than attending me immediately on this as this was not my mistake she went on attending other customers who had huge items to bill!!After waiting for 15 minutes I was still not attended!! Made me leave after 15 minutes without claiming my overcharged amount!!!This is not how you serve your customers!!This is not how you deal with peopleTotally pathetic behaviour

Nice big store, lots of products.Shame that on the last 2 occasions I have been, there are never any baskets, and the store manager is stood vaping at the front entrance.

Either show up late for delivery or not at all. After calling to see when my delivery will be coming, they offered me a Monday slot, even thought this was due on a Friday. Thankfully I wasn't desperate god help anyone that is.

Won't ever use this company again was meant to have shopping delivered in between 8-10am on 03/11/23 only part of shopping turned up so was told rest was being delivered in between 7-9pm for half of my items to still be missing so called again and was meant to be delivered in between 14:30-16:30pm on the 04/11/23 and still waiting now won't even answer the phone what a joke will be ringing and making a formal complaint once the phone line is open on Monday

Massive selection of fresh frozen chilled and dry food. Shop is new and exceptionally clean bright and well layed out. Large range of sweet and alcohol to top up the trolley. Large car park out front. Better than the local discount butcher.Oct 23All is good great shop, huge range and good prices.

Food had started to defrost on delivery Threw the prawns away for obvious reasons. Iceland response was we are unable to do anything for you which is dreadful Will never use store again and recommend all shoppers to find elsewhere that has some level of customer satisfaction Absolutely disgusting service

Not as cost effective as it used to be. Lack of larger sized items which contradicts the idea of warehouse. Pack sizes have also reduced overtime for increased cost. A few special price options. Ethnic dietry ranges have increased.... would have previously rated higher
