Ignorant staff on self serve till, miserable
Went back in because i left something on till,which disappeared within 2 minutes
Basically ignored me.3 staff on the till, did not help at all.
Disgraceful!

Asked for information where a product was and one team member, her badge read ?Molly? was so rude and smirked when I asked her what direction to find the product. She didn?t check whether you had it in stock, just kept chatting to her two colleagues. Terrible customer service.

The first thing I noticed was how dirty and disgusting the outside of this store is. From the rear car park to the front of the store, there is litter, rubbish and fly tipping. Not a great first impression.
Inside the store, it is well stocked and a typical Tesco C-Store.
However, the difference from other Tesco C- Stores is stark. Labels do not match the Epos system price. I.e. the labels are wrong. I purchased milk and cat food. Neither scanned at the label price.
The staff are friendly but need training in customer service. They seem more interested in chatting to other staff and security staff, rather than serving customers.
One female member of staff was rather unpleasant, to the point that it angered me. Quite disgraceful.

Tesco is great place to.do.your weekly shopping. We have been shopping at Asda and Sainsbury's and forgotten about Tesco and how goo their prices are with clubcard. In my opinion they are by far the best supermarket in the UK. Their fruit and veg is fresh and as compared to Aldi it lasts a lot longer. They also offer other products and their prices are great.

Brought some horseradish sauce today. Didn?t check date till I went to use it best before July 23. Straight in the bin. Didn?t get a receipt I will rom now on

Tesco is close at 11 oclock sunday at late night and i am cone 10:50 on sunday and the doors is closed no one is coming to give a answer properly its a not good for customers :)

I wanted to topup my gas and electric today, and the same lady who served me at 12pm lied about the machine not working, this is the 2nd time she has said this to me (wed21 june and today 26 june). I know she is lying because she cant be bothered to do the top up, i understand it take time to process but you offer the service for top up so you have to abide by it. I always top up here without problem for the past 2 years, the last time i came to top up was on the friday 30 june and that was fine, but was served by a different lady. I think theres one lazy staff worker.
