I stopped off and bought a meal with tea. Tea was absolutely atrocious. Just hot water and milk. Pg tips bag had no flavour. Just cup of milk diluted with hot water. Replace all your tea bags they're useless.

My experience was horrible. I ordered on Uber eats and placed an order costing around £30 in total for me and my partner. The sandwich contained things that i had asked not to be put inside either due to us disliking it or having a mild allergy. The sandwich also had rock hard bread, was extremely cold and was presented extremely poorly; the side that i ordered (footlong peperoni slice) was also cold, mushy and rock hard. I did then try to contact the customer service team to see if there was available help since it was horrible, they gave me £1.79 uber credit which i think is ridiculous since everything apart from a cookie and a drink was disgusting. I then proceeded to try contact them again and they proceeded to close the entire issue twice on me which is beyond disgraceful customer service. THEN to top it off, the credit on my uber isnt even there, so in essence, they did absolutely nothing to help. Terrible food, Terrible service. 0 stars should be an option.

Had a salad bowl from here. The amount of salad in the bowl was shocking, it was less than you would put on a sandwich. I've had the same order at many Subway's and this was far from the standard of others. As it always seems quiet here, I can only assume they are trying to cut cost by giving such a small service. Extremely poor.

Ordered a few weeks ago and was marked as delivered and never turned up, between Uber driver and the woman at subway no-one could tell me what had happened (very poor English) and after 15 minutes of arguing on the phone agreed to re-do order but had to go an collect it (what?s the point in delivery if you have to collect yourself?) and the food was poor, dry, thrown together shy on all fillings and sauces.
Ordered again tonight, while it was delivered this time, same story?dry and hard bread, thrown together, barely any meat or sauce. Will not be ordering again. Subway has really gone down hill in recent years. Not fresh, poor service, rude woman on the phone, subs are thrown together and scrimp on fillings. Avoid.

awful service, was rude, got eye rolled when asked for meatballs. was confusing with everything just couldn't speak without being them being rude about it. bread was stale ? never had stale bread and i asked for a foot long got a 6 inch ??

The girl who was serving was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order about 4 times, but she clearly understood my son and partners order.Very rude and made me wait for ages, served my family, and then a guy behind me in the queue, ignoring me until I spoke up.

Occasionally stop off here but parking is poor so it?s not always possible to find a space.Unless there?s an offer on I?m finding the food is expensive for what you get. The range of toppings is less, for instance I noted absence of spinach. I guess it?s a more expensive ingredient.

What a load of mess. I ordered an Uber from Subway Stafford Road. Meatball Marinara and when I unwrapped it, it was a load of slop. Wasn't cut in half and couldn't be picked up as it fell apart and the meatballs fell off. Plus the 12 cookies I ordered with it weren't delivered. They weren't even ready with my order so the Uber driver had to go back and dispute my order and bring the cookies to me. Terrible service in my eyes. Also need to add that when I rung the shop and disputed about the cookies myself the Asian lady said can you come pick them up. Lol. If I could do that why the hell did I pay for Uber delivery you stupid woman ????. I told her no and that I wanted them delivered as it's their error not mine. Anyway I was lucky enough to have a nice Uber driver that went and got them and brought them to me.

This specific subway was good, could use more of a restock of ingredients and another staff member as it wouldve made it faster,one specific employee was soooo good at her job 'Twinkle' she give nice portions as well as communicates with you soo happy everytime i see her??.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've visited today and served by an Asian lady (Sunday 4th February at 1.21pm) who refused to give me her name when I said I found her service VERY AGGRESSIVE. No option given for what I wanted on my sub. She then told me I have to have what the set menu is whether I like it or not. When I told her I found her aggressive she then continued to challenge and argue with me for why I found her aggressive. That in itself was confrontational and aggressive in itself proving my point.I'd been looking forward to the sub but I was so disgusted by her service I asked for a refund and left the sub with her. I will not visit this site ever again.
