My husband went today this subway and i also went so many times but over there a lady who atend costmer is realy unprofesional she was just talking continuesly and took bill of another person from my card even after awaring her that he is having only subway and she even didnt said sorry realy bad atitude unprofesional way to atend costmer she was pretending that her talk is more important then costmer not even listeining ,food is gud everything is gud but her atitude is not gud very bad experiance that girl with specks the subway in front of primark in side

Stupid staff, my husband asked them to pack double chocolate cookies. They packed the chocolate chip cookie after telling them thrice what he wanted. How can a person be so stupid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered once and never got the food and when called the restaurant to enquire about where it is the guy was super rude on the phone and said the only way we would get our food is if we ordered again. Put the order through the second time and when it finally came after waiting for it ages it was made wrong. Awful place. Do not order from here if you value your time and money.

I?ve worked in Wolverhampton for almost 7 years,Over the course of the 7 years, Sunny, the manager has become a pillar of Wolverhampton, always brightens our day, I?ve taken many a colleague to meet sunny always remembers his regular orders.Go in say hi it?s the best 15 minute chat break.Bless you Sunny, big up!

Ordered food from this branch many times however on this occasion the female member who made my subs could not converse in English.She got my order totally wrong, I?m disabled so can not collect. I called andOMG she was so rude, wouldn?t give me her name and hung up.I called again to escalate this but again she disconnected my call.I was left with a total messed up order with cheese however I am lactose intolerant.This branch now seems to only have uneducated members of staff.DON?T ORDER FROM HERE waste of money!

Very Happy with my service ?walked in requested a Platter got served promptly ? manager delegated rolls to workers fast everything was just as I wanted it - Perfect presentation.

I was supposed to order at the pen road subway spoke to one of the ladies there to replace normal Doritos to the child heatwaves one in the Nachos.I rang another branch once I had made my order originally I got informed that they can?t actually do that, but I think I spoke with a manager and they told me not to worry sorted it all out for me, and also gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience, thank you very much ! ?
