After spending nearly £100 on a Nike tractsuit that was damaged Sports Direct were not willing to refund or exchange. I've sent a complaint to customer services, head of customer services and no reply not even an acknowledgement. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Avoid at all costs

could, I would give 0 stars. Last Tuesday I had a very unpleasant situation. I was trying on clothes (entering the fitting room 3 times). A young girl standing at the checkout (English/African) around 10.30/11.00 accused me of stealing because I entered the fitting room so many times. when paying, she made a threatening and unpleasant remark about looking at her... after asking for her name to write an e-mail to the domain manager about the whole situation, she laughed in my face and said "papa" with a smile on her face. people come in a good mood, go shopping and leave in a huff... I work with people myself and I would never treat my client like that . Please do something about this ( lady) !!!

I have experienced several times in my own case (or even with other people standing in front of me in the queue) that the sellers are rude, condescending, and phlegmatic.I do not know why?Is this a special requirement during the job hiring process?

I use this store a lot for Myself, my wife and my 02 Children as it?s a very good store and the Staff are always very helpful, Michaela is always very professional and helpful, Travis was equally as professional and helpful today, excellent service.

Called here to buy my wife some new trainers, she found one she liked but needed a different size. The place was fairly quiet, but I spotted a couple of lads talking so approached them. I was told to go back to where the trainers were and someone would be over. While I was waiting I found a nice pair for myself. We waited and we waited but no one came. In the end we walked out in disgust. Would not have minded waiting if the place was busy, but as there was hardly anybody about there was no excuse. It may have only been a couple of hundred pounds but another store had that instead.

I visited today; the place looks nice and amazing. Most of the time I want sports wears; I use this site.My kids love the place. They were happy playing the football.The environment was clean and the staff were also nice and friendly. Nice place to visit.
