Brought an item. Discovered it to be faulty. Returned within 4 hours of original purchase. Refused return. Spoke to manager. Refused return. Clearly consumer rights means nothing to these people. Avoid this place and use Amazon instead.

Don?t shop here go to another toy shop as faulty goods won?t be honoured with a refund , even though it states on receipts that proof of purchase within 30 days is their policy ! staff take it upon themselves to leave children with useless pieces of plastic AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Well just a quick review on a beautiful staff member named DEMI at the Wolverhampton store, at first entering the store, i had the best customer experience as i walked into the store a beautiful staff smiled at me and said how are you feeling today, i was completely shocked never had a chance to say goodbye and thank you to the lady, sometimes in life you need a pick up and a happy smile that all it takes. After speaking to Jamie earlier that morning who also gave excellent customer service and reserved a star wars micro galaxy Squadron replacement. A BIG THANK YOU TO JAMIE AND for DEMI who greeted me with a warm welcome to the store. Have a Happy new year 2023 DEMI to you and your family

Visited today for grandchildrens xmas presents armed with a list! Greeted by a friendly assistant at the door,we didn?t know where to look for specific items there is so much here! A lovely assistant helped us find each item we wanted no problem at all.The till was busy but another assistant called over to say if anyone just wanted to pay they were free.Our total visit time was approx 20mins,we got exactly what we needed and the customer service was 1st class! Well done smyths we will definitely return here.

Wouldnt even give them one star but no other option went to buy something and the price was different on the shelf to the product so ask for a price check while i was waiting the manager went and removed the wrong sticker and tryed to call me a liar will never shop here again or my family bad customer service

We visit the store fairly often and they have a good level of customer service and always help you out if needed.We are big Lego fans and love the promos that they offer occasionally in store - we were given some leftovers from one of these when we checked out and it certainly put a smile on our face!Jay and Reese were super friendly and made this family's day! Special thanks to Danny & Kirsty in the department with car seats. They?re are true credit to the company!With having kids of their own, they really taught us the importance of which car seat was best for our car. They answered all of our questions with ease, booked an appointment with us to show us demonstrations on which seats best fitted for our car in-store and even fitted it for us after purchasing one.Don?t put a price on your kid?s safety! I have tried o return faulty item in Wolverhampton store. But manager Sheena who was dealing with us made us feel like complete liars. Worst customer service experience ever had.

So i bought a bike yesterday 31.08.22 and the bike seemed to have some problems with the front wheel. I went today to return or replaced or repair the bike, the staff was really helpful and replaced my bike with a new one and gave me the sum back. The new bike works perfectly. Will recommend it your money is safe here??

Spent £200 on a logitech G29 in March 2022 its now July and the brake pedal broke. I took it back to this store and waa basically treated like I was trying to steal something and refused a refund because the deputy manager said "we only offer 28 day refund"The fact this deputy manager actually think she is above trade and standards law is utterly crazy even though on their own website it clearly says this will not effect your statutory rights. Which means their Sop's cannot put weigh consumers law.I highly suggest not using these for Expensive items. Use somewhere like that honor the law

This place is considered a paradise for kids, you can find all type of toys with wide ranges of prices.\\nI liked that it is distributed based on categories like cars, dogs, video games, etc.\\n\\nThe prices though seems higher than other places.\\n\\nThere is laces to park your car for free.

I usual dread toyshops lol. But we went in for specific toys and Kelly was very helpful, she took us to the things we needed and gave her opinion. My children left happy and I wasn't stressed lol. Thank you for your help. Security gaurd was also friendly.
