Screwfix just lost me as a customer. I ordered online and used the app to check in to collect. Sadly I met a typical racist who said she has to verify my card is not stolen. When asked why she said anyone who buys power tools online has to be checked their card is not stolen. There were people collecting their tools... read full comment

Very rude to my wife and not helpful.Been using screwfix for years.Oh well looks like a rival company will be getting my business from now on.
