Have visited many times over past few years but thankfully don't have to use the shop now as I have moved away. The last three times I have been in during Post Office hours, as advertised on their door, I have been refused service for multiple dubious reasons which made me think the owner simply couldn't be bothered. Staff vary but when I went on Saturday the woman behind the counter completely ignored me and carried on her phone conversation. The Nisa P.O. at Pennfields is excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff since the store has been fixed up. Great post office usually not busy.

Rude man the owner behind the post office ,no manners when he is talking to you, will never go in that ugly shop again,will go to penn rd where they are more friendly,,,grrrrrrr

Always take my post here and never had any issues at all. The following day my proof of postage is ready for me from the day before, I can drop off 3-5 bags at a time and they still get them out the same day - perfect service!!Staff are friendly, the place is clean, goods are reasonably priced - cracking little store.Honest, reliable hard working staff!

I've just gone into this shop to purchase some credit for my phone, only to be told she can not sell me some credit because the post office is shut!!!!. when has pay point got to do with the post office been shut.. so to prove a point I went to the treminus service station the same branded shop and guess what she sold me my credit. i asked the woman behind the counter why she could sell me the credit but sarbs couldn't ,there was no reason what so ever just she couldn't be bothered. i will never go in this shop again over priced and unhelpful will drive past now and always remember what that woman did shame on YOU!

The staff are very grumpy, would not let me bring my electric scooter into the shop. They would of liked me to leave it in the door way for thieves to take. I will not recommend the shop to anyone and will not be shopping there again.

Took 2 parcels with labels freshly printed only to be told they couldn?t be scanned as was blurred I said I had the same problem 3 days ago and the serial code was typed in and my parcel was accepted he said they were told not to do it anymore as the rules had changed and could only scan the label I then showed my label on my phone and said to scan that but the owner said no it had to be the label on the parcel.I?ve had problems here before with the male owner trying to charge you for carrier bags and card transaction fees. Not helpful at all just wants to make life difficult.

Not very helpful. Was told to they couldn't scan my package as they were cashing up and to come back in half an hour. It would have taken about 3 mins to scan my package and give a receipt.

Horrendous customer service experience yesterday. Shop was closed during the day, went back later and mentioned to the female shopkeeper that I called by earlier and they were closed and was told itâ??s none of my business and they can close whenever they want. I wanted to post some packages and even though they have a Post Office counter service, she refused to accept my parcels for posting as she said she was cashing up and did I expect her to stop and serve me then have to start the cashing up all over again. Well isnâ??t that what Customer Service is all about? I asked when would be a good time to come back, in an hourâ??s time perhaps? Her response was â??Iâ??m not prepared to give you a time.....when Iâ??ve finished! Needless to say I will never shop there again whilst itâ??s under this management as I was made to feel like Iâ??m a problem rather than a customer. Iâ??m not easily upset or offended but this unbelievably rude experience has left me feeling upset demoralised.

Visited recently to go to Post Office. There is a full post office service at back of shop and a mini service at the front. The mini version cant do everything but is open much the same as the shop.
