Best place for customer service. From the first visit absolutely brilliant. Visited a few times before deciding on which carpet to have. The lady and gentleman was very helpfull answered all my questions thoroughly. Fitting times were arranged to my convenience. The fitters were perfect. Respectfull towards my home and kept the area clean and tidy as they worked.Brilliant job. Would definitely come again and recommend. Thanks?

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEUsed for over 30 years then when there is a problem with a fitter putting a nail through a water pipe they are rude and abusive. Customer service is NIL if there is a problem.If it was possible to give minus stars I would.Disgraceful attitude - no help at all only arrogance

Sandford Carpets is another carpet shop I have used recently. They went out of their way to help us hit an installation deadline just before Christmas and they gave us the cheapest quote to boot! Saving us over £500 on the carpet we had chosen. They don't supply cheap and nasty carpets, if you want quality, try them first! Next time they will be the first shop I try, with Kidderminster carpets, a close second.
