I visit this store every Sunday morning for a Sunday paper. Often served by the wonderful Sharon on the tobacco counter. She is welcoming, helpful, friendly and always smiling. She's a credit to the store and always makes my day.

What poor experience! Only self service check out ! Ridiculous for disabled people. I asked a member of staff why normal check outs not working.. she said shortage of staff .. tell the Managers. Tell she proceeded to open a till. We still had to carry on self service. Ridiculous attitude. The Manager of the store should be ashamed of his store and rotas system for the time of day. Everyone i saw looked frustrated queuing for the self service. Won't be shopping here ever again

You really need to water the flowers how you just leave them to die is sad :( every time I shop here dying plants unless there just brought in, week later they dying WATER THE PLANTS ITS LAZY AND YOU DONT CARE BECAUSE YOU WILL SELL THEM TO MAKE CHEAP COMPOST don?t ask me how I know I KNOW! The staff on the self service checkouts are rude and a waste of time. Replace the prehistoric waste of space with younger blood.

In general a very pleasant experience every once in a while experience a below par visit but in the main would highly recommend.
