Great apart from there was only 1 big trolley left and they dont have any twin seat trolleys at all. It would also be really good if people without children would STOP parking in the parent and child bays

Hello, my name is Agetina. I?ve been living in Wombourne for over 6 years and I?m a mother of three children. I often come to this Sainsbury?s because it?s close to where I live and I like to take my kids for a walk and stop by for some snacks or small shopping.
Most of the staff at this store are always friendly, kind, and welcoming. Some of them even ask me where my children are if I come in alone ? they?ve gotten to know us over time, and I appreciate that.
However, today (Sunday, 3rd August), I had a very upsetting experience. I was with my children and went to look at the reduced section. A lady with short hair, who was working on reductions in a different section, spoke rudely and told a new staff member not to reduce anything until I left. I was shocked and hurt by this behaviour.
I don?t know why she treated me that way. Maybe she doesn?t like me because I come often or because I?m there with my kids, but I felt judged and unwanted. I?ve always respected the staff and waited patiently if reductions were still being done.
This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also made me feel very uncomfortable and sad. If there?s an issue with how or when I visit, I would prefer someone to speak to me politely ? not treat me like a problem.
I hope the management looks into this. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially in a community store many of us rely on daily.

Please ask your young check out staff not to use their mobile phones when they're serving. The ladies who we're used to seeing are amazing and cannot be faulted.

First visit today what a mistake to make. No frozen gluten free. Staff in the self checkouts are rude, the male staff no beard Saturday pm you walked in front of me, you need retraining. But you think I didn't clock you thinking you were funny with your colleague with the beard. I will vote with my feet. To the Store Manager please look at your footage on cctv. Thank you

Update 19th October '24 - still the same limited choice. With Lidi opening shortly, it will. hopefully sort this branch out.
Original - Ok, not the best choice going but ok for a pop shop.
