Very friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable technicians. Extremely clean dealership great city centre location so you can drop off your BMW and pop into the nearby shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommended. Great parts department too. Very knowledgeable staff.

Went in to get first MOT and 2 new tyres for my bike. Staff were very helpful with questions I had regarding my bike. Courtesy bike laid on so I could go about my daily chores, Definitely a place I will return to , highly recommend

I don't understand you tell members of public that they can't recorded inside your dealerships.then you let member of public recorder inside your dealerships who has a YouTube channel. I am so confused double standard. can you record or not. Not everyone what to be on his channel and you should tell your customers so they are awareYou don't follow your own policy.

Wish visit to check on a small query I had. Really friendly staff, receptionist booked me in quickly and I only had to wait a couple of minutes before one of the team came over and explained the process step by step.

I'll start with a couple of positives. The ease of checking in online and at the screens is convenient and quick.The seated waiting area with drinks is pleasant with plenty of space for a comfortable wait.I'm afraid that's where the positives end for me. The car was booked in for a recall of an airbag and during the wait i received an email with the video healthcheck stating the car was is good shape with no issues that need addressing but it took well over 45 mins of waiting for the service advisor to acknowledge that the car was being worked on and the length of wait to be expected. I was informed that it would be a further 10 minutes as the work had been completed and the car had been moved back into the car park. After another 45 minutes of waiting I was greeted and told all work was complete and the keys were handed over. I thought 'Great!'I looked over the health check which was not completed correctly, dates were missing, model of car was missing, date of last service was incorrect and the document wasn't even signed or headed as they used to be.I then went out to see my car and it was clear that the wrong part had been fitted. A cheaper non leather alternative had been fitted so I went back in to speak to the advisor. He refused to accept that I was correct and insisted that the part was the same and the old one was worn down and not a different material. I had to insist and seeing the manager. Once the Manager arrived I was once again told that it was the same part and that I was wrong. I insisted that I was right and asked the manager to check again, after another lengthy wait the manager arrived and accepted that I was right and finally I was told that the correct part would be fitted. 3.5 hours into a 90 minutes service I was told the car was finally fixed and the correct part fitted. In my experience Sytner is and will always prioritise maximising of profits rather than customer care. Its a shame that the approved service centres are all now Sytner. A real shame that Rybrook have been taken over, I will not be visiting this service centre again.

Customer service was an absolute disgrace. Walked in to be informed most cars were open, the 3 we wanted to look at weren?t, which isn?t a problem. But then took an absolute age to get them open! Considering there were several members of staff walking round, we weren?t spoken to be anyone.We left frustrated and won?t be returning.

Really personal, friendly and non-pushy sale. Personalised videos and information. A really pleasurable and relaxed experience, so nice to not have sales pressure like previous purchases else where. A huge thanks to Jason Westbury, Sales Executive who made sure everything went smoothly, including handover and setting up car. Would highly recommend, was well worth the drive of 90 minutes to buy the right car and for the experience. Would certainly buy from again.

Car went in for a recall, EGR. Staff were all very nice and no issues there, I was asked to arrive at 4.30pm for pickup as I told BMW I had a long journey that evening and needed to leave promptly, after arrival I was told I?d have ti wait another hour, I waited patiently, finally at 5.55pm I got my car keys back. Very very poor from the service team, I had to miss my meeting as I couldn?t get there on time after this

First time using Bmw Styner Wolverhampton. Alicia's friendly demeanour, attention to detail with paperwork, and efficient service made my experience pleasant and hassle-free. It's great when service representatives go the extra mile to ensure a smooth customer experience. Keep it up! Will definitely use this place again!

Gave my car in for recall work ,few days later broken down. Have been told I would be priority as faults showing on car relate to the recall work done by them. Never phoned me as promised and been told my car would be done next been two days. Customer service at dealer ship is not very good and don't no what is going on . Poo?????

As a customer, very welcoming and efficient. Charges, 1hr viewing assessment @ £129.00 advised, although l told them the exact problem the days before arriving.No complaints at completing repairs.Price are advised, prior to completing repairs, for your approval, which is good idea.In my case. It never mentioned + VATso at the time of payment, it's a shock to find the figure given which had been accepted, has been increased by another three didgets.G.C.Ness
