Gait Analysis, Shoe Selection and Fantastic customer experience. Needed a new pair of running shoes and hadn?t had a gait analysis for a long time. This place is right in the heart of Wolverhampton and super convenient - friendly and knowledgeable staff - I highly recommend and will be back!

Had a great experience today. I?m running a half marathon and needed some advice with new trainers to support my ankle whilst training, the sales associate was very reassuring and helpful with explaining what support was needed to help me, I was able to pic the perfect pair, great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I had a gait analysis at Ron Flowers. From making the appointment & having the analysis, it was all very professional. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease explaining the video findings. He helped me select the correct running shoe for my needs. Which I have worn and found them to be really comfortable and stable. Thank you, Nick, for excellent service

Ordered a pair of brooks running trainers as recommended by Harry. Less than 24 hours later they arrived! Great customer service and great advice by Harry the trainers fit perfectly! Will definitely be returning customer!

Very bad customer service, they don't provide the needed information. They gave me a receipt for credit note and claimed they gave me another piece of paper which i was supposed to use to claim the credit but my issue is if you know that piece of paper u give to your clients is that important why don't you explain it to them that without it they cannot get the refund? only for me to come to the store and tell me because I don't have the piece of paper my money is lost when you only gave me a receipt and not any piece of paper

Absolutely awful. This shop would not exist if it weren't for the astronomically priced uniforms. Went in to purchase school jumpers ( previously embroidered with school logo) after paying £21 pound each found out they were plain V neck jumpers, staff member did not advise this and they must be clapping their hand when they clearly withhold this information and charge way over the odds for something that can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Then to add insult to injury they don?t give refunds just credit notes. Check what your buying folks daylight robbery.

This store first gave incorrect information about uniform for my daughters secondary school. Then went in store and the worker was giving us 10 inch's above what my daughter needs. Then went in store for a refund as we were told we could have a refund up until September to be be told it is only credit notes. Once in st9re the Blazer didn't fit as I found out it was a boys blazer bought for me daughter. Tried and fitted by a worker! I would use another uniform provider if that is an option.
