This hotel has never let me down, my only issue is that it is difficult to get to when walking from the station as a disabled individual. Cobbled streets and narrow paths and slatted wooden walkways can be difficult to navigate but, I know there's little the hotel can do about that. First of all, it is worth noting the excellent service. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer all questions. Check-in was quick and without problems, the room was clean and cozy. Food and room was good, staff in the restaurant was very nice especially peps, she was extremely helpful and accommodating :)
