Shopping experience was fine one of the staff a young Asian woman with blonde hair wearing a mask was VERY rude at self serve scanners. A lot of attitude towards older people very condescending. Disgusting.

Today,I visit in Poundland Wolverhampton with my friend, I just looking something nd staff said it?s closing time but that 10 mints left in closing time . I ask to him I just looking little thing (he said in Punjabi dfa kro ena nu ) thats mean get lost those customers . Nd speak very roundly nd loudly with me nd my friend. I don?t know his name otherwise definitely mention his name. Those kind of people not deserve these kind of jobs.

Visited this store last week. Jake is a gem to you all.. staff are amazing but this lad stood out to me and my family. Gave so much information, showed me where everything was with a smile on his face and gave excellent customer service. Jake is a credit to this store and poundland and I will definitely be coming back to this store to see his smile on his face.

Just visited this store. Their uniform says Happy to Help, not. I found both members of staff l encountered unhelpful. The first lady stood on front of for 3 minutes stocking the shelf totally ignoring me.
The second person (male) l asked assistance. After describing what was looking just point a shelf life had already checked for the item and it's there. I said it's not there and just smirked. I left the other items l had and went to B & M. I found the item l wanted, staff were friendly and helpful, plus the item l left in Poundland was cheaper in B & M. Word to the wise Poundland your not the only store on the block literally.

DIGUSTING.THE ASIAN GIRL WITH BLOND HAIR IN THE TILLS BY THE CLOTHES (around 2ish) WAS SO RUDE. MY MOTHER COULD NOT FIND A TAG AND SHE ASKED HER FOR HELP. SHE DIDNT CHECK PROPERLY AND SHE WENT TO GET ANOTHER PIECE AND WHILE SHE WAS SCANNING SHE FOUND THE TAG ON HER ACTUA CLOTHE THAT SHE WAS MEAN TO SCAN. SHE SHOWED TO MY MOM AND ROLLED HER EYE AND GAVE BARE ATTITUDE. WELL I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT HER BEHAVIOUR SO I ASKED HER NAME AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME AND SHE GOT VERY ARGUMENTATIVE! I WAS LOOKING FOR THE MANAGER AS SHE WAS RUDE AND HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! IF YOU GUYS HIRE PEOPLE PLEASE GIVE THEM SOME TRAINING AS THIS IS DISGUSTING AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK. SHE SHOULD BE SACKED SHE CANR ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS AND GIVE ATTITUDE

The indian woman on the tills about 12 o clock today 14th March 2024 is extremely rude and she needs sacking. She ruined my shopping experience and was everything but helpful. She refused to refund me for a bag I paid for !! Although they didn?t even have any bags what shop doesn?t have bags? Not my problem if I see her about she?ll be giving me that 30p I am fuming
