A great service. I'd previously avoid it when the last owners ran it, but I regularly use the post office now, and the lady who serves me is always helpful and provides advice on posting items. She helped me re-package a parcel that needed to be in one parcel on a busy day in the lead up to Xmas. I wouldn't go elsewhere now.

Absolutely terrible service took a parcel to be sent 48hr Tracked partner told her 2 times She sent it 2nd class instead didn't notice until he got home some I phoned them she said we don't do that but she had done it for me before Christmas which she deniedI phoned up she again denied it and put the phone down on me she phoned back later before closing and again denied they do that serviceSo if you're thinking of using this post office please be aware that they don't know what services they offer I'm absolutely fuming to be called a liarWon't be using them again

Babita has transformed this post office since she took it over , she offers a friendly post office service and is always willing to help and advise . Thank goodness this village has someone operating this service for us .. well done Babita and family ?

New owners here, much better place to go, always felt undervalued with the last people here, went recently and they gave my daughter a bottle of bubbles to play with! She loved them, thanks for the great service!

Visited branch to purchase a gift card and do some posting. The Postmaster took time to make suggestions to me about which kind of card would be appropriate. The service was personal, professional and delightful. Excellent service in the Featherstone Post Office.
