Make sure they weigh your parcels, he didn't and Overcharged for items that I post regularly, lost my custom as all other post offices nearby always weigh everything and do not guess prices for postage. Will avoid now as not good, so please make sure this is done from now on as I know exactly what my items cost to post out when properly weighed and not just passed over without going on the scale. Not good at all, plus a pleasant manner to people helpsaswell.

Took provisional driving licence application in and the customer service and expertise in getting the postal order, self addressed envelope and even final checking of application was fantastic Thank you Raj for you assistance and knowledge

Fantastic customer service the gentleman went above and beyond to help me secure the right packing to send a laptop.I also witnessed the same gentleman support locals with drivers license application and advising customers on cheaper postage alternatives.Keep up the good work and keep supporting the community

I sent a parcel of with this post office which was all done correctly by themselves and excellent staff and customer service. However the parcel was returned back to me due to the error of the ?ROYAL MAIL NOT THE POST OFFICE?. I contacted the post office who was absolutely brilliant asked me to contact ?CUSTOMER SERVICE ROYAL MAIL?. Which I did so and the advisor said this problem happens a lot, it is not the post office error or fault. Kindly the manager in the post office sent my parcel back of for me free of charge as Royal Mail could not in burst my payment straight away and that would have meant I would have lost my refund on package been sent back. This post office is ? % the best in every way. Thank you so much again for your help. ??

Use this Post Office on a regular basis. Always great customer service and postmaster is extremely knowledgeable.Seen a couple negative reviews, I feel what customers needs to remember is that the postmaster puts your parcels in the bags and then the responsibility is on Royal Mail for your parcels to be delivered. Many people misunderstand that this is not the Post Offices? responsibility and have unfairly given bad reviews on this google page.

Excellent Service at Wednesfield High Street Post Office.I have been served efficiently and professionally by the Wednesfield branch post master who happens to have amazing handwriting.He helped me with posting, swiftly dealt with the online form filling and still had time to interact in a friendly and constructive way with me as a customer.
