TERRIBLE service - or should i say no service?? they have apparently accepted my parcel and are ?open? on google. got there and it was closed with no reason being. Have no idea where my parcel is now or when i will be able to collect it.

This post office is shockingPoor customer service!!!!I have been here many times nowAnd I?m having to avoid it at most when I doNot have time to drive to another one.The lady never smiles, her tone of voice is as if she can not be bothered and she is not friendly at all in fact she has bad attitudeShe is very ubruptAnd I have Never seen her smile once!Her elderly mother shows much better customer service! But you don?t really see her there much now unfortunatelyHer daughter is running it down to the ground!Maybe she should learn from her elderly motherHow to talk to people and make people feel welcomed and appreciate themAs she is in a face to face customer service role!She will make up prices each timefor a?FREE RETURNS LABEL? and yet when I drive to another post office they do not charge me a penny!It is not about the money I have plenty of money I can assure you.It is the cheek to make up prices each time I go in for this parcel and that parcelWhen there is no fee for printing the label!When I have already paid for free returnsThe label says clear this is a free returns labelYou can take it to your local post office to print this for you for free.Also previously few weeks backI sellotaped a amazon package myself at homeAnd she printed the free return label and return slip with itShe made a slit on top of where I had sellotaped it up and added the return note inBut charged me 50p for the most tinny amount of sellotape. Ridiculous!!!I can understand if she sellotaped my whole package up but come on!!My advice walk down to next one and avoid!!!If you go inCheck your prices before you go inAnd also be prepared to feel unwelcomeand that your custom not wanted thereAs she is always on her mobile phoneThink we are distracting her from her social media!
