Great place if you?re looking to save some money on your appliances. Great staff great communication with customers. One of my appliances wasnt working so i called up and explained the fridge freezer wasnt freezing or cooling? straight away the lady offered me a swap at no extra cost not even for the delivery the lovely lady arranged it for the same day and two hours later it had been delivered by two gentlemen who moved the old product out and new one in no fuss whatsoever.Absolutely fantastic customer service cannot thank you enough!

Where do I start........ 30th November I went to view a cooker I seen online on their website. I liked the cooker and paid them £200 cash and £35 on card and took the cooker home with me in my car.All happy with my new cooker after 6 days of using it it blew up and stopped working completely. I took it back the next day wich was the 7th of December as I collected I had to return it myself. A few hours passed and I had a call saying I HAD to choose another one because it was broken but the reason why I got that one is because I liked that one. The next day I called asked for a refund the lady then replied ill have to ask the manager even though I got handed the warranty paperwork stating I'm entitled to a refund anyhow I kept calling and kept getting the same response after 7 days on the 14th of December I still didn't receive my refund so told them I'm coming down to collect it. I turned up and the staff there was not expecting me to turn up and was messaging the manager as I was waiting there refusing to move untill I have my refund one of the staff went to the cash point and I received only the £200 cash I paid and was assured the £35 would get refunded into the bank now writing this review on the 30th of December still not have received my £35 remaining.If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at this place do not care about anything other than money.Please avoid this place if you want your goods working properly and save the hassle of dealing with any staff that ignore you and have no intention of helping anybody but themselves. I hope the staff here read this message and eventually send me my refund.

Purchased a (graded) Beko washing machine 4 months ago as we were in urgent need of a replacement. This company did everything they said they would and more. Easy service. Delivered promptly and on time. The machine is great, so no complaints there. A satisfied customer! Thanks guys.

We purchased a washing machine from Planet Appliance for £150 6 years ago, and had 0 issues with it in that time-frame, which for a refurbished appliance certainly exceeded my expectations! It did finally give up the ghost, so we went back to Planet Appliance and upgraded to a washer dryer for an incredibly reasonable £230. We hope to get as many years out of it, or more!The staff in the shop are lovely, super helpful and they have a great range of appliances for varying budgets. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to fork out mega-bucks for something as mundanely essential as a washing machine! XD

Brought a fridge freezer, got it home and inspected closer and it was absolutely FILTHY, had cracks on the inside that hadn't been advertised, took the water dispenser apart and the inside seals and parts were thick with black mould and unusable! Emailed the company and was ignored. Terrible customer service and disgusting appliances! Have reported to trading standards!

Brought a washing in November 2022 didn?t think anything would go wrong 8 months down the line my washing machine made a big bang and started smoking and smelt like black smoke luckily I was near to it so nothing got damaged in my home just very disgusting that something like that can happen in 8 months and they also said nothing like that has ever happened before to any of their washing machines apparentlyDon?t ever buy off theirs jobsworth People they are a bunch of dossers and the woman kept saying on the phone the manager is sick lies they don?t like the truth they are bums

Cannot go wrong at planet appliances best place out there for quality white goods forget the rest and go to the best place by far staff are amazing polite friendly people there work force is amazing you will not be disappointed ever plus first class service and prices get down there you enjoy the visit 2 thumbs up

I went into Planet Appliance as my fridge broke down. I explained to the lady that I intended to purchase as long as they could deliver that day. She was very accommodating and did all she could to help. Will definitely be back. Thank you very much Planet Appliances.

Be careful when you purchase items check EVERYTHING is in the box. I purchased a chimney hood from plant appliances. When I realised bits were missing I called to ask if they could replace or supply me with bits that were missing. Their advice was to google the model and buy them as spares ?????????? never again will I buy from this company. Totally useless

Shocking, con artists, I was away when I was delivered a 2ND washing machine because the first one broke within a week only to find that the one they replaced it with was a machine I've never seen before. They conned a vulnerable lady into accepting a washing machine that just looks like a reject from the trotters, it was that bad. This one didn't last either and now they expect me to find the part to replace it. God knows where this machine was built or invented. Stay away from these con merchants

Bought a 2nd hand electric cooker from here in August 2016 for around the £100 mark and I figured if it lasted for maybe 6-12 months that would be fine and I'd get a replacement whenever I needed to.The cooker actually lasted me nearly 4 years without issue until the oven packed in.Never had any issues or reason to contact them after the purchase. Would definitely use again if I needed something at short notice and didn't have a massive budget.

Scammers, stealing delivery charges from customers when always delivery broken or old damaged appliances that they state are nearly new. They have take thousands in delivery charges from customers that by consumer law they aren?t entitled too. Time someone takes them to court and trading standards. Pointless warranties that they also refuse to help people with. All reviews on trust pilot for appliance planet are actually reviews on these people. Check them out! Wonder if they keep changing their name as they don?t care about bad feedback they just shrug it off as they are cold hard nasty people
