Very good and well stocked store with well trained and passionate staff. We've get our first hamster from there, and one lady was very helpful and gave us plenty priceless advices.

The staff is always kind and helpful. I really like the security guard. He goes above and beyond to help when he sees it's needed. I've never had a security guard be so kind before.

Security guard followed around. Member of staff asked about why this was and was informed security guard was very much into following stereotypes. After confrontation he was extremely rude and a disgrace of a rep for the company. Avoid

Great service and so many choices from food, beds and all kind of accessories needed for your pet. I went there to Groom Room to wash and groom my dog and it went perfectly. They have fair prices and service was perfect. Very much recommending this place.
