My parents have been visiting Penn Eyecare for a number of years, and have always spoken how Mariam goes ?the extra step? in looking after them. Yesterday I followed in their footsteps and had my first eye-test for a number of years. She was great - kind, considerate and thorough.

My daughter has been with Penn eye care for the last 2 years, the service is amazing, always happy to help. Contacted early this morning because she had a swollen eye with a lot of redness, given an appt later this evening and even happy to wait if we were to run late. Amazing service! Friendly and very knowledgeable.

I visited this place for the first time recently, for an eye test and subsequently to purchase glasses.I must praise the excellent eye test and attention to detail. Marium was able to highlight and explain several areas of concern to me in detail, and to recommend several important courses of action for me to take. Without doubt it was the most helpful and impressive eye test that I have ever had, and at the age of 61 (having had many since I was very young) that is high praise indeed.I was also very pleased with the glasses I purchased, which were ready for me to collect in less than 2 weeks.The quality of the lenses was much better than my previous glasses which I had purchased from another well-known high street rival.I will have no hesitation in returning to Penn Eye Care for my future eye care needs, and I fully endorse and highly recommend their services to anyone.

Well worth the journey. Best, most thorough eye examination I?ve ever had. Marium Hayat was knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. First time I went today because I won a voucher! I'll definitely go again even though it's far from my house! Most in depth eye test I've ever had - asking me about my job and what I have to do in my job with reading etc to ensure I get the right pair of glasses! Actually explained things to me so I understood why I was getting particular lenses!Very professional and I felt really at ease because I normally get anxious and panicky at the opticians/dentist in general!

Today is the first time I have been to Penn Eyecare and the last time I will go anywhere else for my glasses. Marium is SO helpful, she fixed my glasses, nothing was a problem and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I cannot recommend her services enough. Don't go anywhere else!!
