Rude member of staff. Ended up putting over £80 worth of clothes down. I suffer with anxiety in stores at the best of times and all I wanted to do was try some items on. She was very abrasive about the number of items I had in my hand. She could have handled it alot better and could have been more polite but instead spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt. Safe to say I will not be returning, such a shame.

Annoying experience. Realised security tag was still on the item after trying it on at home. Staff didn't apologise for the inconvenience of having to return to the store, and it doesn't make sense why an inexpensive item had one on in the first place. Luckily, I had my receipt, which was carefully checked to make sure I had definitely paid!! I won't be returning

Visited peacocks Bentley Bridge I must say the staff was excellent we couldn't find what we were looking for but they spent the time to order the item on line the young girl with the glasses was excellent great service from all the staff

Wow! I am so happy to go into a store with helpful smiling staff. It was an absolute pleasure to spend money at Peacocks Bentley Bridge. The store is bright and modern, caters for a range of sizes... the clothes are very stylish with shoes, bags, hats, scarves and dress jewellery. Free parking and open late nights on weekdays.
I have to emphasise that the manager clearly has a great bond with her staff, on both visits to the store, the staff were very polite and keen to help and advise. Brilliant! Well done ? a well deserved 5 stars ? ???? Thank You!

What amazing staff you have at Bentley Bridge. I needed a Christmas jumper for my friends Wake tonight. I couldnt see any and in a fit of panic I told the ladies on the till. Sally and Lisa couldn't have been more sympathetic. They immediately went to the store room and found me two perfect garment. They went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much x
