Went into shop after loosing my phone and needing a new SIM and phone. The staff in there were very professional. Had fantastic service from Oli and he couldn't do enough for me. If I needed additional support I was told to pop into shop. Great service from this shop

Appalled at the service today.
Saturday 24th May pm.
Unhelpful, rolling their eyes, looking physically annoyed having to help us.
The manager then came over and was equally as rude as the first member of staff was.
Unbelievably undermining and belittling, left feeling like an idiot.
Was told to 'go away and do it online'. Tried to explain we had tried to do it online and it hadn't worked.
In the end, left very unsatisfied and have cancelled contract via the phone.
Would not use this service again.

Very rude and unhelpful and racist staff! I don?t think I need to specify what nationality I am when I complained to staff about theme incompetence. And I don?t think it?s normal to explain to all 6 member of staff what is my complaint about!( and also laughing in my face as a school kids)my visit at the shop was on 07/04/2025 around 4.45

Whilst I have not had the most positive experience with O2 as a corporation, credit where credit is due to the impeccable customer service provided by Tom. It could not be faulted.
He left absolutely no stone unturned when it came to my issues and kept consistent contact with me to reassure me on his dedication to solving it. In turn, Toms absolutely amazing problem solving abilities lead to my issue being rectified.
Massive thank you for Tom M for your dedication to customer service, problem solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Completely waste of my time after being told on the phone I need to go to store to get a esim as they could not do it over the phone then to be told in store can?t be done due to my partner not being with me as it?s in her name was willing to shop proof of home address not interested created my company to lose money due to it being my bussness phone get told if he did do it cost him his job and he lose money but it?s ok for my company to lose money due there cock up

Awful service. Visited to enquire about my father upgrading his phone and staff were more concerned about sticking football stickers into an album to actually be helpful, sold him a phone without an upgrade, telling us to contact the call centre instead and when asked about transferring data made an excuse about WiFi and said it would be quicker to do at home, before commenting that I should be the one to do it myself. Not the first time I've visited recently and received service like this, staff seem to be happy to stand around and do nothing except give unhelpful comments and tell you to try online. Not impressed at all, this store used to be much better than this!

I swapped my phone number last Friday to O2, so it is Monday!I reset my phone, but by your mistake I lost my previous phone number,It means customers can't contact me, nobody knows my phone number,Until I'm going to update in everywhere, I'm going to loose time and money, loads of angry customers, because they can't reach me!You can place your good deals in your deep sever hole.And plus I can't do international calls!And can't phone the useless company, you see we know how to chat, please hire people who talk as well!
