Nice walk and food in the cafe

Nice walks, farm animal area to go round, children love that. Nice coffee shop, and beautiful cakes. Good menu of snacks, and all at a good price. Just enjoyed pasty chips and beans and fish fingers and chips, and pot of tea for one and a cappuccino. That all cost us £15. Excellent value for money. Even though there were a group of army cadets here, and they were rushed off their feet, the staff were brilliant and as pleasant as always. We did not have to wait too long for our order. We recommend this place and try it for yourself.

Absolutely lovely as always today, delicious breakfast, perfectly cooked, excellent service, and beautiful cakes that we took home! The ladies (Georgie, Carol, Leah) and the whole team are lovely! It?s no wonder the place is always busy, it?s the best! ??

An ideal place for a quiet Winter midweek walk. Cafe service polite and speedy, bacon & egg bap very enjoyable. The seating area inside is rather cramped but not intolerable. Away from the main buildings it is very peaceful and the pathways are easy to follow if you use common sense.

Lovely free of charge venue, lovely restaurant, a few interesting animals to see, and get quite close too. We particularly enjoyed scratching the pigs' backs and watching the ducks. The people involved in the restaurant are really friendly and helpful, and then there are some very enjoyable walks, our favourite being down to the stream to play poo sticks. Quite good for kids with stabilisers on little bikes, fabulous for well controlled dogs.

The farm was excellent and food was amazing with many varieties. There was long walk on the woods which we liked though couldn't explore much due to rain. I would recommend for dog walkers

A farm with picnic benches and a tea room. A fun, peaceful, child-friendly space, with very welcoming and attentive staff. Visitors can walk quite close to animals to get a look; good fun for the children. There's a walking path for a pleasant walk around the perimeter of the farm as well, along a dirt track.

We went here for tea and cake because Mosely Hall was closed and found the cafe very cheap and with a food hygiene eating of 5. I paid just over £7.00 for a cream tea, custard slice amd a slush puppy. There weren't many animals and some bits like the rememberance garden and bird garden were closed. There is a nice walk down the gravel path and through the fields.

Great Cafe something for everyone, not a lot of animals to see on the farm, but some nice walks
