This pharmacy is a joke. Every time I go to pick up a prescription I am made to wait atleast half an hour! Surely it shouldn't take that long to get what's already there.Today I had gone to pick up a prescription for my baby that was crying his eyes out. Priority was given to so many people that came after me. I then see that the prescription I was waiting for was sat on the counter the whole time while the lady served other customers??? Hmm Maybe it was the colour of my skin.

This is a long standing pharmacy that has been a very valuable to the community of Ashmore Park. Since the 60s this shop has been a chemist in these local shops. All age groups use this for their prescriptions which are sent directly from the local Health Centre. Very well stocked & presented shop full of toiletries from baby items to hair nets. If they don?t have a product in stock they will help stick it the next day. Staff are helpful & the pharmacist is very knowledgeable

Close and open when they want. Slowest service possible when actually open. Old people stood outside in the cold waiting for them to open. Got to the front to be told they'd run out of antibiotics??? Went to another pharmacy but the dozy staff had left the prescription on their system so couldn't get it from new pharmacy. Then refused to answer the phone to sort. Go elsewhere.

Usually very good but today I had to wait until after 2pm for medication I have been picking up on a script there for years so why it wasn't in stock baffles me.Knocked the whole day off course for my family and I.

I've been going to this chemist for a long time now and can honestly say the staff are so helpful and friendly. Especially the young lady named Robi who's always smiling and extremely kind to my boys when they were feeling poorly. Couldn't recommend this chemist enough.

Made a visit to the pharmacy the other day and couldn't fault them at all. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and directed me to what I needed and if something wasn't in stock provided an alternative!
