Today at Bentley bridge next no one was at the till for ages me and this lady waited and then eventually the store manager came up. Where is all the staff its holidays. Then she accidently pressed the wrong button which meant I could not get a gift card to make my purchase as I was returning an item she said another gift card would be posted out. I explained in the past I?ve had it put back on a gift card she said it?s managers discretion and I pressed wrong button. Honestly now I?m waiting for a gift card before I can buy the shoes for my daughter. All because she pressed wrong button, nightmare staff always look deflated. Please get more staff in on the tolls and stop making silly chit chat when people are waiting in long queues

I had a lovely experience whilst shopping in NEXT Bentley bridge branch on Thursday. I was looking for a particular item and had been to Merry Hill and Telford. Feeling rather disillusioned I decided to try Bentley bridge, Tracy was absolutely fabulous. Tracy listened and totally understood the assignment and knew what I was describing, and disappeared temporarily to go to store room and returned with my item. I was so pleased and even hugged her, such a lovely warm assistant whose knowledge was exceptional. Thank you Tracy for your time and patience. You?re worth your weight in gold and more.

I had a lovely recommendation to buy a dress from Faith which I needed for a show. I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer?s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark. The other dress worked perfectly for its purpose and I left feeling confident and reassured! Thank you!

The elderly lady that works behind the till accused me of returning something that's been washed and worn, which is untrue as its been in my car since purchase. The tags were still on and I had a receipt. She then called her supervisor/manager, who was just as miserable as her(i was calm and didnt lose my temper as i was dealing with 2 elderly people). She said it seems cold when you touch the jumper, when i told her thats as its been in my car she realised how ridiculous it was what she was saying. She then said we don't do returns anyway at this store which is totally illegal.
As the item I wanted to exchange was just £25 I thought why argue so I left the store. The entire encounter was so strange and I was left in shock as I was being accused of something I would never do or need to as it was only £25..

I visited BentleyBridge store today.
I must say how clean and tidy shop floor and changing rooms were compared to some other stores I have been to.
Served by a lovely lady called Denise who was very helpful and polite.

Visited here this afternoon served by Rubie her customer service was excellent as she went above and beyond going upstairs for us twice for clothing not on shop floor. Excellent service Rubie a credit to Next?.

My daughter purchased 4 pair of pjamas for her wedding 1pair came apart at the seam after just one wash , I took them back as they were purchased off my account an older lady who served me was so rude ! she said I had used comfort softener and this had caused it ????
She then fetched the manager and said she carnt have a refund due to this fact I was totally shocked by there attitude?
I then went to Telford retail park who gave me a refund no problem at all they were £45 a pair , she said that shouldn?t have happened and was most apologetic.
Will avoid Wednesfield !!

Visited this store to try and take my suit back, that i had purchased weeks prior. The shop assistant an older woman was very rude and was speaking over me continually with incorrect information. Stating i had tried to iron the trousers of the suit as there are seams that could only be from an iron. This was impossible as the suit was in a bag in the back of my vehicle, throughout after i had tried the suit on. She had called the manager who was much more professional and customer focused. My items were not accepted for return and as i had asked the manager if she could confirm the date of purchase, the shop assistant shouted" You don't need to know that as you're not getting the refund." Advise all customers to only speak to the manager one on one, as this aggressive intimidating sales assistant is clearly in the wrong job and misrepresents NEXT. To continually imply the customer is a liar is not on, with her assumptions as facts.

I visited to collect my baby son's clothes so I went to the counter and asked the lady.She asked for my postcode but I accidentally said the wrong one from my other place.After this the staff became very rude and were being very stern with me,I showed them all my evidence I bought the products like my email and my online reciept but they were still questioning me.They even asked me the sizes and colours of everything and it was very unreasonable.My baby was irritated and people started staring at me.They were treating me as if I was a thief.Do not recommened.

You have lots of stuff to choose from. I had nice selection for my kids especially for my little daughter. Wears for Ladies, Men and Children of different sizes, variety and quality.A Homeware Section, Bags, Shoes & makeup were also available.You can pay with card, cash, Nextcard, etc.Good customer service.

Arrived at store to collect my parcel to find the store closed. Open hours are not as stated on the website. Waste of time. Very disappointed.
