Have attended twice within the last few days following a request to update our payment books etc. Each time we waited in a queue only to be told by a member of staff that there was a waiting time of at least an hour. We are both elderly and cannot wait in queues for at least an hour. We are concerned that our accounts will be closed.

I?ve had to visit this Branch in Wednesfield twice this week for the first time and I can honestly say they have been incredibly helpful. If it hadn?t been for this Branch and the curtious and compassionate team who work there I would have closed my account. Thank you so much.

I WANTED TO RATE NO STARS!I attended the branch and thought they had a simpler way of paying in cheques.I had to queue and there are no staff there to meet and greet you.When I reached the counter the employee said I was not able to pay these cheques as one was made payable in my middle name and the other to Mr&Mrs.I had all my Identification and the member of staff was abrupt and unsupportive. I?m sure there would have been a workaround or to save my time I could have been told this by a member of staff had I been greeted before the counter.I had waited several months for a refund from my utility company who had gone into Administration and for me to contact them would have added more to my angst and added several months. With utility prices rises, we all are feeling the pinch every penny counts. These banks need to understand and offer compassion. There is no information at all about paying in cheques. This branch could do with a complete refurbishment and transparency in their services.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Now only open 10am until 2pm and not open saturdays according to the website complete waste for people who work. Why can't you open 1 evening 5 until 7 or Saturday morning. Will have to look at leaving
