Coseley McDonald’s has always been good quality food but tonight it was bad. The fries tasted vile the oil hadn’t been changed my burger tasted burnt and food was cold I tried phoning but the number doesn’t work anymore. And to far to drive back I’d like a refund. And all I’m saying don’t let your standards slip as it’s always been a good McDonald’s

Shocking! Incompetent staff!! Took them 1 hour and 45 mins to deliver meals for 12 of my elderly patients in my care home. I wanted to treat them to a Mc donalds as a surprise and it failed miserabley thanks to this Mcdonalds! So bad DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere guys. Poor poor service. Wow

Went through the drive through Thursday night and ordered a double filet o fish meal and a cheese burger amongst other things and honestly it was the worst meal I have ever been served by McDonald?s. The chewy as an old boot filet had fries literally attached to the batter so it had obviously been recooked ! And the cheese burger tasted like that had been left since dinner . It was like rubber . \nHow is this place getting away with this ? Terrible and il never go back to this one again , considering the prices the food should be fresh !

Changed my 4 stars to 2 stars. The fries are always stale here. The hot chocolate cold. And they forgot to give me my dessert i ordered. Grr won't be coming again

This maccy's is the Roseville one. It has been refurbished, and since then, it has lost it's atmosphere it isn't the same at all. I don't think we will be visiting there again.

More efficient than it used to be but too many uber eats folks everywhere complete joke why are these people allowed to stand inside whilst people are trying to eat there meals its horrible why arnt they made to sit in there vehicles and have it brought out this would be better imo this mcdonalds is alot more pleasant now all the uber eats have been kicked out into there own room well done mcd for listening

Had the MC rib meal drive through
Imo really not worth having especially for price the bum was smaller than the rib there was so much sauce on more than the rib it's self
There was know disabled parking as the delivery people had taken them up I really wouldn't recommend the rib meal although the service was very efficient polite staff
