30+minutes for fast food is ridiculous and regularly happens here.
Every shift is woefully understaffed and drive thru/delivery agents and carpark orders take precedence over eating in.

Third time ordered through the app third order wrong with item missing. Food was delivered in an open Lidl store Lidl cooler bag so was cold. I have reported this back through the food for thought each time with no reply. There no way to report back to the store so every item missing means Macdonalds have pocketed more money off you. Starting to feel like it?s a way of getting a bit of extra profit. Charge for an item in a big order miss one out 100% profit without any need or way to put it right. Over 3 order so far around £12 from me alone. Not to mention the fact it was a £28 order.

Get your dirty staff to wash their hands. Don?t expect to get food poisoning from a McDonalds but the whole family did and there was fluff in my Fanta which I obviously didn?t drink

The woman that served me was very rude and made a comment ?confusing to you? because I was trying to confirm the order was mine and didn?t hear properly, I have a hearing impairment. Appalling just because someone isn?t in a wheelchair it?s doesn?t mean they don?t have hidden disabilities!

Ordered food from here and waited almost an hour for my food. When it eventually arrived the bag was all scrunched up, my pancakes were stone cold, my McFlurry?s were melted and to top it off my hot chocolate was also cold. Very annoyed since the food isn?t cheap either .

It's McDonald's expect your burger to be lop sided and slapped together with no care but it is what it is, if you need sustenance it will do
