Sorry but this chain is nothing like it used to be, too much choice not enough staff to cater for a fast food establishment like it was years ago, no longer is this chain fast food, priority goes to drive thru and deliveries, great shame.

So i ordered from just eat now bare in mind its not their fault as the staff at McDonalds gave the driver the wrong order and the driver went back to the store to complain and to get my order right this time, sadly it was out of the drivers control and he went back and the staff said they have no trace of my order and i would have come down in person but sadly i don't drive that's why i make orders on just eat, Just eat drivers should not have to go back to the store to complain about a order when the staff at McDonalds needs to focus more on what they are doing instead of chit chatting, please start getting just eat and uber eat orders right as i feel sorry for the drivers when they have to go back to the store and complain, had to request a refund through just eat and make the order again and i shouldn't have to do this when the staff at McDonalds need to sort their (to put it nicely) out of work issues out and focus on their job a lot better so sadly this store gets a 1 star from me and i hope someone responds to this review with better manners, I'm not happy at all and i think your staff either needs to be sacked or a written warning about their focus on the job

Poor experience today. Ordered a big mac with extras. There were no extras. Not the first time this has happened. Made a complaint to McDonalds HQ.

Ordered burger with no cheese. Receipt says ?NO CHEESE?. The actual wrapper itself says ?NO CHEESE?. And yet the burger has double cheese. I can fully understand why some people burst into rage with fast food employees. It?s not right, and I wouldn?t do it, but I understand it. Spent £14 all I got was cold, cardboard fries, old nuggets, wrongly made burger (it?s not being fussy, I?m allergic to cheese), and then to top it off a bad attitude from the staff. The McDonalds experience.

Went through drive thru today ,very busy new bay for uba eats and all the app based delivery bays thought would eat straight away so found parking and tucked in and yes mcdonalds you might be making millions more in profits but at the cost of the customer big mac barely warm and chips were cold before i finished never had a delivery but if my food was anything to go by carn have food hot as i ate within 5 mins of recieving and whats happened to the sizes ive been using the brand from when you first opened in uk and burgers were twice the size now they are half the size and tripple the price and cold when come to eat

Had to go in as was waiting for my order to be delivered to car took 20mins. No one even bothered with me. Then when I get home I don't have my veggie option been given a spicy chicken burger. Had to phone in and complain and was told it was all my fault. Bloody joke.

Very poor food and service, order took over a hour, (fast food lol) arrived cold, missed order notes, looked like it had been chucked around the kitchen. Not the first time my order has been unsatisfactory but it is the last as I will not be ordering from this store again!!

My boyfriend and his friend came into this mcdonald?s at around 4:30am this morning. They were waiting at the drive through for around 10 minutes and no one bothered to answer. Because of this, my boyfriend had to park up and come into mcdonald?s. When he raised the issue of no one answering him at the drive through, he was spoken to with nothing but disrespect. Being told ?it?s chill don?t worry about it? by a young lad at the counter, is absolutely disgusting. Not only this, but he was also told that the other two girls in the back probably didn?t have their headsets on because they were too busy talking. The service here was appalling and I would not come here again.
