Disgusting staff. I often come in to order out for myself and a co-worker. Today I get this disgrace of person yelling out to her co-workers "who orders 2 McMuffins and 6 hash browns?" not thinking this might be for 2 people. Retrain your staff. I won't be returning if you're going to talk about your customers like this.

Ordered delivery and a McMuffin was missing and my other one had my sausage missing. Tried to contact support and was no use. Order delivery some place else. Also know someone who had a similar issue with delivery here recently.

Queen street wolves. Waited 25 minutes for food. Upstairs was filthy. Food all over floor and tables. 1 worker was upstairs but spent most the time chasing peoples missed items or food they were waiting on.

Was looking forward to a burger, disappointed. Told that the one pound items advertise on TV had ended. The burger on the meal l order look as though someone had stood across the road and thrown the filling on the bun. Did not live up to the current Hype. Also had to take my fries back as cold. That said it was replaced without a fuss.
Parking: Lots of paid parking, but have walk in to destination.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only includes accessible bathroom.

Left waiting twenty minutes for just a McMuffin and a cappuccino. Not good enough.
